Post 120 Suites Overview
So I stumbled across Post 120 Suites while hunting for a decent place to stay in Prague that wasn’t smack in the tourist chaos, and honestly? It turned out to be one of those happy accidents that makes you feel like you actually know what you’re doing when you travel. The place sits on Plzeňská street – and before you panic about pronouncing that, just know it’s one of those main arteries that locals actually use, not some hidden alley you’ll never find again.
What caught me off guard was how the suites actually feel like, well, suites. I mean, you hear that word thrown around everywhere, but here you get proper space to spread out without tripping over your suitcase every time you want to grab something from the minibar. The design has this clean, understated thing going on – sort of modern without trying too hard to be Instagram-worthy, if that makes sense. You know what I really appreciated? The soundproofing is actually decent. Prague can get surprisingly noisy, especially with all the trams clattering around (though honestly, I kind of love that sound after a while), but inside you can actually think clearly enough to plan your next day without feeling like you’re camping on a busy street.
The location is where this place really shines, though not in the obvious way most hotels brag about. Sure, you’re not stumbling distance from Old Town Square, but that’s actually a blessing – you can walk to a proper Czech pub where locals drink instead of those tourist traps charging €8 for a Pilsner. There’s a tram stop practically outside that’ll get you to the castle or down to Wenceslas Square in about fifteen minutes, and I discovered this little bakery two blocks over that does these incredible koláče pastries that honestly made my mornings. The staff seems to get that travelers want real recommendations too – when I asked about dinner spots, they pointed me toward Smíchov rather than the usual suspects, and I ended up having one of my best meals in Prague because of it. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward (no weird upselling or twenty-minute explanations of amenities), and parking – if you’re brave enough to drive in Prague – is actually manageable here, which is saying something. It’s got that solid 4-star feel without any pretentious nonsense, and at an 8.5 rating, I’d say that’s pretty spot-on. Sometimes you just want a place that does the basics really well and gets out of your way so you can enjoy the city.

Idil from Poland – 24 March 2025 (8/10)
I really liked the room's cleanliness and how everything was included, it felt more comfortable than an actual hotel.
What could be improved: The distance to the center was something that I kind of disliked but was lessened by how close the premises were to tram stations.Marekbrestic from Czech Republic – 22 March 2025 (9/10)

Ivan from Serbia – 10 March 2025 (9/10)
Great rooms, a lot of space, very clean and quiet, comfortable beds, situated relatively close to city centre, yet still not too close to busiest areas in the city.
Alejandro from Czech Republic – 4 March 2025 (8/10)
Good location, despite being located next to a main street, the rooms are well isolated from th exteranl noise. The beds are very comfy and it's good to have some small kitchenette in the room.
What could be improved: Cleanness could be improved. There was a lot of different hair on the beds.
Lots of strange men smoking all the time by the entrance door.
Not really a complaint, but given that the rooms have a kitchenette inside, it would be great if they also had a washing machine, then they would be great for long-term stays.Renata from Austria – 2 March 2025 (9/10)
Nice and clean place, very nicely connected to city centre by tram. I will book it again.
