  The friendly, helpful staff. The goyer was welcoming, the room was so lovely and comfortable….and a lovely, complimentary bottle of wine.

  Just take care with the parkplace, very tide ( i have destroyed a bit my rims) my mistake. Next time i will be more careful.

  A very good location, right next to a tram station with quick and direct access to the historic center. A quiet and beautiful area. The hotel offers excellent value for money. Very friendly and professional staff, from the reception to the housekeeping lady. Complimentary welcome drinks at the hotel restaurant. Spacious room with a street view, impeccably clean. Free parking in a guarded lot, just one street away. It will definitely be our choice for our next visit to Prague.

  The hotel is really nice with super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are surprisingly spacious with comfortable beds. Everything was impeccably clean. Great variety at breakfast, in fact, one of the best I’ve seen at hotels of similar level.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we didn’t appreciate very much was the noise from the street. The windows could do with a bit more soundproofing.

  Very well located as you can easily hop on the tram and get everywhere. If you stay for Christmas, there is a Christmas tree on a little square next to the hotel.

  Smaller hotel on the outskirts of Prague, about 10 minutes into the centre on the tram, or a lovely 40 minute walk. The hotel was spotless, lovely sized executive rooms and the continental breakfast was spot on. All staff on reception were fab, friendly and welcoming, always happy to chat and offer some great recommendations for local restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: The only down side was there was no breakfast tea, a good selection of other tea / coffees but if you like a cuppa in the morning, take your own tea bags 😀 we also ate at the restaurant on the first night, a lovely setting and amazing starters, but we were then disappointed with the main meal, steak and duck were poor cuts and quite dry … we much preferred the local recommendations for half the price and far nicer in terms of quality.
