  Located in Old Town, steps away from Charles Bridge and less than five minutes to the Astrological Clock and town square. Lots of places to shop and eat. Easy to walk to many of the city's highlights. Room was spacious. Windows opened for fresh air. Room was quiet but since there is a shared kitchen (completely stocked with supplies, appliances, fridge) and living room you might hear others in the common areas.
  
  What could be improved: 50 stairs up – I wasn’t expecting that many. Also you need to make sure you have the code for the lock box so you can retrieve the keys needed to get in. We didn’t have phones with wifi and had to find a local on the street so he could contact the pension for us. Also, the address – 8 – is a blue number on the side of the building. We had to ask someone how the addresses worked. There is no reception or daily housekeeping but we were fine with that. Garbage was picked up every few days.

  What could be improved: Not the fault of the property- definitely could hear the street noise. Bring earplugs. Shared kitchen -people cooking and clanging pots late at night.

  The room was very big, everything was cleaned and comfortable.
  It’s in a strategic spot because you can reach the main attraction in a very few meters, Charles bridge is literally a step away from it.
  You can reach the pension Karlova very easily from the airport.
