  Amazing breakfast with so many options.
  
  What could be improved: The EUR 33 a night parking is a bit too much. If the hotel had provided free parking, it would have been perfect.

  The location of the hotel us great and the available cosmetics are quite expensive in the room.
  
  What could be improved: Even if there is a picture about pancakes we could not find them during breakfast. Also the buttons of the elevators reacting slowly.

  The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. If you arrive before check-in, you can conveniently store your luggage free of charge. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, featuring large full-length mirrors, ample hooks for hanging items, and a small yet functional wardrobe. The bathroom was well-designed, offering plenty of counter space, a tightly sealed shower that prevents leaks, and a quiet yet highly efficient ventilation system. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the in-room kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was a thoughtful touch.
  
  The breakfast was outstanding, catering to all tastes and even including a hangover-friendly selection. It featured miso soup, various pickles, barista-quality coffee, a wide variety of bread, a great balance of proteins and carbs, as well as fresh fruits and wellness shots.
  
  What could be improved: There was no power outlet near the mirror in the bathroom

  I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Prague! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even allowed me an early check-in since I arrived an hour ahead of schedule.
  
  The room was spotless, with great attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like a beauty kit for ladies in the bathroom and comfortable room slippers. It truly enhanced the overall experience.
  
  The restaurant staff was highly professional and always reachable. As tourists, we never faced any language barriers since everyone spoke English fluently, which made our stay even smoother.
  
  A truly 5-star experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

  Pretty much everything was very good. The lounge room with refreshments – great idea!
  
  What could be improved: For two nights stay I didn't need to unpack my clothes. If I stayed longer I could. Then the wardrobe would be proved not very comfortable. Definitely too small for two people. But for me it wasn't a big deal, I didn't use it at all.

  Brilliant experience from the start to the end. Had early flight and arrived to hotel by midday and got room straight away. Welcoming glass of Prosecco.Executive room.Very quiet,despite city center location.Very comfortable bed I slept like baby.Spotless clean.Everyone works in hotel is very friendly and go extra mile to full fill your wishes and excellent breakfast with lot of choices and glass of Prosecco start the day.Great location . I enjoyed every minute’s of my stay.
