  Квартира чиста, світла. Зручне ліжко.
  
  What could be improved: – В квартирі немає кондиціонеру, тому було дуже жарко, було не можливо спати. Якщо відкривати вікна то страшенно голосно з вулиці.
  – Не дивлячись на те, що я заздалегідь провела оплату за early check in і попросила власника підтвердити це, по приїзду двері не відблоковувались і ми мусили дзвонити і вирішувати цю справу з власником ще раз. Що правда, проблема була вирішена доволі швидко.

  1 The staff very friendly when you communicate with them and they try their best to help and answer all your needs
  2 Location, Location, location is the best close to everything in the center.
  3 the apprtment is equipped with all the toiletries along with trash bags rolls.
  
  What could be improved: 1 – very samll rooms
  2 – am not sure about all Europe toilets, they dont have water drain hole in the ground? (not shower area) Because when you take shower or wahsing from the sink the water will stay on the ground and it will take long time to dry.
  3 – you have only 1 trash can in the whole apprtment and it is very samll, it will get full in 2 or 3 bottles of water….also the bathroom does not have a trash can.
  4- if you open the windows at night, the apartment will be full with mosquitos, get ready to ruin your sleep from itching, the apprtment should be equipped with bugs zapper (bugs catcher whatever the name).
  5 – no locks for the rooms doors, or atleast a slider for privacy if you have kids with you.

  Layout of the apartment. Very secure way of accessing both the building and the apartment. Enough mod cons if we needed to use them. Plenty of storage. Perfect location for access to public transport, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Quiet building.
  
  What could be improved: Very warm in the apartment. No air conditioning. Bed in bedroom very low.

  What could be improved: Було дуже шумно, оскільки в сусідньому номері відбувається капітальний ремонт з 8 ранку. На звернення з цього приводу власники відповіли, що вони не мають відношення до сусіднього номеру і нічим допомогти не можуть. З їх сторони було лише запропоновано отримати беруші. Хоча в кінці повернули невелику частину грошей.
