The loft setup is genuinely cool – high ceilings that make you feel like you’re staying in someone’s stylish apartment rather than a standard hotel room, and the sauna (which I’ll be honest, I almost skipped) turned out to be one of those perfect end-of-day treats after walking all over Prague’s cobblestones. Your feet will thank you, trust me. What really won me over though was the location – Olivova is this quiet little street where you can actually sleep at night, but you’re literally a three-minute walk from Wenceslas Square. I mean, you can grab breakfast at one of those tiny local cafés on Vodičkova Street, then be at the National Museum before most tourists have finished their hotel buffet. The staff clearly knows the neighborhood too – they pointed me toward this incredible little wine bar on Štěpánská that I never would have found otherwise.

The 4-star rating feels about right, and that 8.1 score makes sense when you consider it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Prague, just a really solid, thoughtful one. There are a few quirks – the shower pressure could be better, and the Wi-Fi gets a bit spotty on the upper floors – but honestly, these feel like minor trade-offs for the character and location. You’re staying in New Town, which means you’ve got that perfect balance of being close to everything touristy (Old Town Square is maybe a 10-minute walk) while still feeling like you’re in a neighborhood where actual Praguers live and work. Check-in was smooth, parking is available if you’re driving (though honestly, you won’t need a car once you’re there), and the whole vibe is just… comfortable.
