The room setup actually works better than most hotel configurations I’ve experienced in Prague’s historic center. There’s a proper kitchen that’s not just for show — I actually used it to make coffee in the mornings and store snacks from the local markets. The space feels generous for Old Town standards, where every square meter costs a fortune. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi on my second day, and they sorted it out within an hour. No runaround, no waiting until “business hours.” The building itself is well-maintained, though you should know you’re dealing with historic Prague architecture, which means some quirks come with the territory. The stairs are narrow and there’s no elevator, but honestly, that’s part of the authentic experience.

I think what makes this place special is how it strikes that perfect balance between location and livability. You’re not sacrificing comfort to be in the center of everything — actually, you’re getting both.   Great location in the very center of the city. The apartment has everything you need, including even an iron for clothes) Clean and tidy)A separate plus is the large balcony and the view from it.
  Near the apartment there is everything you need, shops and one of the best shops selling terdelniks. Two supermarkets are within walking distance.

  We loved our stay in this bright and spacious fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment.
  It is in the middle of the old town and a short walk to major landmarks.
  5 minutes walk to a Lidl supermarket for cheap groceries, alcohol, toiletries and sunscreen etc
  Also nearby is a restaurant/bar called U Dvou kocek which serves excellent local food at a very reasonable price.
  The Prague main railway station is a 20 minute walk.
  
  Our host Jaroslav was amazing in helping us with any questions including advising how best to travel to Vienna.
  We would definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: It was no problem for us but the apartment is up about 80 steps to the 3rd floor although I think that is reflected in the reasonable cost to stay so central.

  The apartment is located right in the city center, just a two-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock, yet it’s in a quiet area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The balcony was a real highlight — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

  Excellent location near the old town. It takes 7 minutes to walk to Charles Bridge. Wonderful apartment with everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: Old house, no elevator. It is quite difficult to climb the stairs to the floor. For us this was not critical, but for older people and people with disabilities this may be an obstacle.

  The location could not have been better as you are right in the old town and close to everything!
  
  The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you need and the kitchen has all appliances!
  
  In addition, the owner Jaroslav was super kind, helpful and informed us of the check in instructions along with photos so that we get to the location easily!
  
  I would most certainly recommend this place to everyone and you will not regret it at all.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue with the house is that it is on the 3rd floor and has about 86 stairs.
  So if you have heavy luggage, then taking it upstairs might be difficult (as was the case with us).
