  The concept of a fully automated hotel without staff is very interesting. Virtual assistance works perfectly!

  A big plus for me was the availability of lockers where you can leave your bags after check-out, and you can collect them until 20:00.

  The room is very nice, good size, clean, and good decoration. There are also some facilities like a coffee machine and tea kettle which is nice. The bathroom was very clean with a very comfortable bathtub. The location is good, in walking distance to the city centre, but also very close to the public transport.
  
  What could be improved: The room was very hot, and we were not able to adjust the temperature ourselves (only by opening the window).

  What could be improved: We had a problem with leaking water in the bathroom although they moved us to other room so it was okay.
  Also some improvements would make it a 10, like painting walls or some stains in curtains.

  The property is in a fantastic location. It's just a couple of mins away from Charles Square and the metro station there so getting from to an from the airport is easy and it's easy to travel around the city. It's about a 15 min walk to the old town. If you're interested in Operation Anthropoid, the Church of St Cyril and Methodus where they made their last stand is about 5 mins away. The rooms were clean and well-equipped and the bed was really comfy.
  
  What could be improved: The position of the lights in the room was a bit strange so it meant it was quite hard to see the kitchenette! However, I wasn't using it much anyway and I could just use the light from my phone so it was a very minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was good.
