  They don’t show you to a table at breakfast, you have to wander around looking for one, and no tables available had cutlery on them.

  This property has been a good location for our family trip. The room was very spacious and clean, and they had an excellent breakfast just like any other novotel I have been too.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately when I was checking in the hotel, there was a problem that was ultra customer unfriendly. I book a triple room for 3 people ( family trip) when in the reception I have been told that the reservation is only for 1 person. I showed them the booking reservation and ask why would I book a triple room for 1 person but it was not accepted by the reception and therefore I had to pay extra fee. The reception staff was helpful but again I couldn’t really understand why would such a problem occur.

  Room was recently renovated, a large suite with coffee machine and kettle. Very comfortable and spacious for 3. Loved the pool and sauna.
