  Spacious, clean, very new, close to the tram and bakery – everything you need. Free parking. It’s a very good option if you’re coming to Prague by car.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that would be good to have – some light isolation in the big room for both windows – there are roller blinds from the side of the balcony, but they don’t help much – in the morning it’s still light.

  I had an exceptional experience! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She even met us before to hand over the keys, which was incredibly thoughtful. Anytime I had a question, she promptly answered the phone and was always helpful.
  
  The facilities are fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. Just in front of the building, there’s convenient access to public transportation and a variety of shops, including ones that are open even on weekends. Everything you need is right in one place. Highly recommended!

  New big flat with big balcony. Very clean and sunny…. 🙂 Very nice and helping host. Parking space available in the garage. Highly recommended while visiting Praha!!

  Location, clean and owner was hrlpful. Amenities were good. Every thing was thrre in apartment. Kitchen was very good and basic utensils along with oil, coffee tea, sugar and salt provided need not buy. Dish washer and washing machine were there.

  The apartment was very clean and the location is good with easy tram connections.
  
  What could be improved: There was no hot water for the first day which was a little bit disappointing. I understood that It was not the host's fault and the issue was well communicated.

  Very nice, clean and bright apartment with friendly host. Good location, not far from the center, with lot of shops and parks nearby. Convenient parking garage inside the building.

  The apartment was big and had a spacy terrace. Good location with public communication and shops nearby.
  The beds were comfortable and the pillows are great!
  
  What could be improved: Too few cutlery, cups – there was not enough of those to fill up the dishwasher (which made it pointless to have dishwasher).
  We had booked for 3 people but when we arrived – the bed for the third person was not prepared and there were no sheets.
  Only small towels available.
  The space in the apartment was not too "cosy" – it could use a bath rug beside the bathtub, some curtains that would attenuate the sounds in the room etc.
  Lots of people are taking care of that apartment (and they were very helpful and understanding!) but it was little problematic at times (i.e. trying to communicate with 2-3 telephone numbers at the same time).
