You know what caught me off guard about Nobilis Residence? Walking up to this place on I. P. Pavlova square, I was expecting another generic Prague hotel, but honestly – this feels more like staying at a sophisticated friend’s apartment in one of the city’s most livable neighborhoods. The building itself has that understated elegance that Czechs do so well, where luxury doesn’t need to announce itself with marble lobbies and gold everything.

The location is actually brilliant in a way that most tourists won’t immediately get. Sure, everyone talks about staying near Old Town Square, but I. P. Pavlova is where you want to be if you plan on doing more than just taking Instagram photos. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the metro (the actual I. P. Pavlova station), which means you can get anywhere in Prague without dealing with tourist-clogged trams. But here’s the thing – you’re also in Nové Město, so you’ve got real Prague around you. There’s a fantastic Vietnamese place called Pho Vietnam just around the corner that locals queue up for, and the morning bakery smell from the pekárna down Ječná street will wake you up better than any hotel coffee. The rooms themselves feel thoughtfully designed rather than corporate-designed, if that makes sense. I mean, someone clearly spent time thinking about how people actually live in a space for a few days. The soundproofing is surprisingly good too – important when you’re on a busy Prague square, though honestly, I. P. Pavlova isn’t as chaotic as Wenceslas Square anyway.

What really sold me on this place was the staff’s approach to hospitality. Check-in felt like a conversation rather than a transaction, and when I mentioned wanting to find a good spot for dinner away from tourist traps, the front desk guy (I think his name was Pavel?) actually drew me a little map to Vinohrady and circled three places his girlfriend recommended. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in Czech crowns. The 9.5 rating makes complete sense once you spend a night here – it’s that rare combination of genuine comfort, smart location, and people who actually care about your experience. You’ll pay a bit more than those budget places near the train station, but you’ll sleep better, eat better nearby, and probably end up with stories about Prague that go beyond the castle and the bridge.

  The hotel and apartment are new, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Online check-in and online payment were very fast and comfortable. The hotel and apartment are opened with a code, which is very convenient. On the day of check-in, I received not only the code, but also a video instruction on how to enter the code (in general, everything is clear even without a video instruction). In the photos, the pillows seemed very large to me, and I asked to replace them with smaller pillows. When I arrived, comfortable small pillows were already waiting for me. It is very convenient that the curtains are blackout, you can sleep until 8 am and the sun does not shine in your eyes. When I arrived around six in the evening, the staff was no longer there. But I ordered breakfast by phone and it was brought to my room at 9.00, as I asked.

  I recently stayed at Nobilis Residence and had a wonderful experience! The apartment had everything I needed — a fully equipped kitchen and even a coffee machine, which made mornings much better. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept really well. I also appreciated the little touches, like the dishwasher capsules provided in the kitchen, which made cleaning up so much easier. And I have to mention how spotless everything was — the room was really clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay!

  The room was very warm but we could easily adjust the temperature by turning off the radiators, which was very convenient. The attention to detail is remarkable — the room had dish sponges, napkins, slippers, everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a lovely surprise — a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary, which added a special touch to our stay. Everything was top-notch: cleanliness, comfort, and the thoughtfulness of every detail.

  I can´t believe how CHEAP this room is for what it offers. ALL of the 5 star hotels ammenities were included.
  Flip flops, extremelly high quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were also available and they smelled amazing. The staff was out of this world. This, in my opinion, is a bargain. I can´t put into words how much I and my girlfriend LOVED the place and the lovely staff
