Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first saw the address on Krásova – it’s one of those quieter Prague streets that most tourists walk right past on their way to the castle. But you know what? That turned out to be exactly why this place works so well. The Golden Luxury Studio (yeah, the name’s a bit much, but stick with me) sits in this perfectly positioned spot where you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the chaos that you can actually sleep at night.
The “new-built” part isn’t just marketing speak – everything really does feel fresh and thoughtfully put together. I mean, you can tell someone actually lived in a small space before designing this one because the layout just makes sense. The balcony isn’t huge, but it’s got this nice morning light that hits just right with your coffee, and you’re looking out over a genuinely residential part of Vinohrady rather than some tourist trap view. The kitchen area – well, it’s compact but they didn’t cheap out on the appliances, which honestly surprised me for a 3-star place. There’s this attention to small details that you don’t always get, like decent hangers in the closet and USB ports exactly where you’d want them.
What really sold me on the location was realizing I could walk to Náměstí Míru in about eight minutes, which puts you right on the green metro line, but also means you’re surrounded by actual Czech life – proper bakeries, neighborhood pubs where locals hang out, that sort of thing. The tram stop on Korunní is even closer if you’re heading toward the city center, and parking (if you’re driving) isn’t the nightmare it is closer to Old Town. I stayed there during shoulder season in October, and while I can imagine it gets busier in summer, the street itself stays pretty quiet. The building’s well-insulated too – I barely heard my neighbors, which is saying something for a newer construction in Europe.
Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward key-passing-through-intermediaries thing you sometimes get with vacation rentals. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be some luxury palace, but it delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. If you’re the type who wants to experience Prague like you’re temporarily living there rather than just passing through, this works really well. Just don’t expect a concierge or daily housekeeping – it’s more like borrowing a really nice friend’s apartment in one of the city’s most liveable neighborhoods.

Selten haben wir so eine gute Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern eines Horels erlebt. Auf jede Frage oder jeden Wunsch wurde prompt reagiert. Wunderbar….und die schöne Wohnung mit dem kleinen aber feinen Balkon, auf dem man das Leben beobachten konnte…alles einfach nur erholsam und empfehlenswert. Wir haben den Urlaub in Prag sehr genossen.

Квартира невелика, але дуже комфортна.
Простора ванна кімната, зручна кухня з посудомийною машиною. Дуууже зручне велике ліжко.
Є все необхідне, різний посуд, полотенця, фен для волосся. Балкон – це основний критерій, через який ми вибрали цю квартиру, він дуже затишний.
Відразу на першому поверсі будинку є продуктовий магазин, що дуже зручно.
