New apartment in Karlín, Praha 8, close to center

Newness of the apartment.

Locatia aproape de metrou si supermarket/cafenea/fast food, dar in zona linistita, cu multa vegetatie. Bloc nou, frumos, elegant, spatios,
Dotari full (masina spalat rufe, masina spalat vase, aparat cafea, prajitor paine, desigur plita, cuptor .... FULL)

What could be improved: Un singur "-": nu avea perdea la cada si cand faci dus, desigur stropesti cu apa peste tot!

Bardzo duże mieszkanie, idealne dla rodzin 2+2.
W wielkim skrócie, bo wszystko było idealne:

3. nowoczesne budynki
4. ogromna cisza i spokój
5. duże przestrzenie
6. czystość
7. bliskość metra
8. kompletnie wyposażony lokal - dosłownie we wszystko
9. całe wyposażenie nowe

11. wygodne łóżka
12. klima
13. żaluzje elektryczne
14. ogromna lodówka
15. pralka
16. zmywarka
17. ekspres
18. kuchenka i mikrofala
19. winda, szerokie korytarze
20. możliwość późnego zameldowania
21. mnóstwo szaf, szafek - wszystko się zmieści
22. wygodne krzesła i duży stół w jadalni

What could be improved: Jako, że dużo podróżuję, to mam kilka rekomendacji dla właściciela:
1. prośba o zainstalowanie uchwytu do słuchawki prysznica
2. więcej haczyków na ręczniki (nie wiem dlaczego, ale 80% wynajmujących nie ma w ogóle, albo zbyt mało haczyków, żeby powiesić ręczniki ;))
3. Kilka razy wyskoczyły nam korki od prądu. W momencie użycia żaluzji. Coś musi być ze sterownikiem, że generuje zwarcie
4. nie potrafiłem włączyć klimy i pilota też nie było :):)

100% can recommend this apartment to everyone who is looking to spend a few days in Prague. Located in one of the best areas in the city, super quiet, but you can still reach the city centre in about 15 minutes. The apartment (and the whole building) was super modern and had a luxurious feeling. The flat was so well equipped with literally everything that you might need during your stay. The kitchen had everything that you need, if you decide to cook a meal during your holiday. There was also a balcony with great atmosphere.
The host was also flexible about the check-in time. Thank you very much, we had a very lovely stay!

The apartment is part of a new residential building , with new furniture and new appliances big beds and automatic shade at the window. Everything was spotless starting from the lobby of the building to the balcony of the apartment. Proximity to the public transport was also a plus ( 10 minutes walk to the station and 4 stations to the center of the old town ) .

What could be improved: I am still impressed by our stay there . I can not think on something negative about this place.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice, situated in a quiet area, modern, spacious, equipped with all you need. I liked the attention for the details and the cleanliness. The parking is in the front of the building. Thank you so much! I recommend staying here with all my heart.

The building is located in a quiet place on the outskirts of the city. The room is nicely furnished and well-equipped. Verry clear, modern environment.
