  Apartmán se nachází v opraveném domě, je prostorný a velmi dobře a účelně vybavený. Vstup je na kód. Z hlediska dopravy má výbornou polohu (metro, autobusové nádraží Florenc prakticky za rohem). Místo je klidné, vlaky projíždějící po rekonstruovaném Negrelliho viaduktu, který prochází stejnou ulicí, jezdí tiše a nijak neruší.
