  The hotel has an excellent position right next to the city center, yet it's on a side street, which makes it very quiet, even surprisingly so given the louder/bustling vicinity! The room was very quiet and comfortable, beds super comfy, good AC (though a bit hard to control at times), very generously sized bathroom with floor heating. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast had a good variety (scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, many sweets, coffee) and was delicious. Definitely excellent value for money.

  Room was fabulous with a huge bathroom. Staff were lovely and the hotel immaculate.

  Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was amazing—metro and New Square were right at our doorstep, and we could easily reach other areas on foot or directly by metro. The staff was very sweet and helpful.
  
  The rooms were comfortable, but as a couple, we didn’t really like the pillows; they were too soft for our preference. We left early, so we couldn’t try the breakfast, but it’s probably a typical European breakfast.
  
  All in all, it’s a great place to stay in terms of location and service, and we would definitely recommend it!
  
  What could be improved: While our stay was mostly pleasant, there were a couple of things we didn’t like. The pillows were too soft for our preference, which made sleeping uncomfortable. As a couple, we would have preferred firmer pillows.
  
  Additionally, we left early and couldn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on its quality. However, we assume it was a typical European breakfast.
  
  These were the main drawbacks for us, but overall, our experience was still positive.

  Everything was perfect. Big room, great bathroom. The location is just around the corner from the Museum, which is walkable into the old city.
  
  What could be improved: TV was a bit dodgy, and not a lot of channels, but who comes to Prague to watch TV?!

  Very good location, walking distance from anything near the center! The staff was very willing to help and nice. They also cleaned our room and changed bedsheets + towels daily, we never had to request it.
  
  What could be improved: It would have been ideal if the bed was a double bed and not just 2 singles joined together.
