Here’s the thing about Olivova Street — you’re literally steps away from everything that matters in Prague’s Old Town, but somehow you escape the chaos that comes with staying right on Wenceslas Square. You can walk to the Astronomical Clock in about eight minutes, hit up the Jewish Quarter just as quickly, and the National Museum is practically next door. What I really appreciated was how easy it became to duck back to the place between sightseeing sessions — something you definitely can’t do when you’re staying out in the suburbs. The neighborhood itself is vibrant and authentic.

The room feels more spacious than what you’d typically get in Prague’s city center, and there’s something refreshing about having a proper living area instead of just a bed crammed next to a tiny desk. The setup works especially well for couples — and honestly, I can see why the feedback mentions that specifically. You’ve got enough space to spread out your stuff, plan your day over coffee, or just decompress after walking those cobblestone streets all day. The décor strikes that sweet spot between modern comfort and local character without trying too hard.

Practical Comforts

What really sold me on this place was how well everything actually worked. The Wi-Fi didn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower had proper water pressure, and the heating kept things comfortable even during Prague’s unpredictable spring weather. There’s also decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in Prague — though honestly, you won’t need a car from this location. The little touches matter too, like having enough electrical outlets and proper lighting for reading. Every detail has been considered.

  Excellent location, close to the train station, metro station and tram stop. Only 15 minutes walk to the old town square. Fully equipped apartment, nespresso coffee machine, fast internet. Apartment very clean, very comfortable beds. During our visit at the end of March very quiet and peaceful in the area and in the tenement house itself. Thanks to Francesco's kindness the apartment was available three hours earlier. Perfect communication with the host.

  Perfect location, 5-10 minutes to all the main attractions, very cozy inside, have everything you need , even coffee capsules and washing detergent ! The cleaning is amazing, place was spotless. Very silent at night. Francesco, the owner, was very very helpful and tried to make my stay memorable. I will definitely come back

  Excellent instructions and prompt communication with the owner. Super clean and very nice, quiet too! And the place has all we needed, even the fridge. 😊 And super close to the trains station and AE bus line to the airport.

  Everything!
  Easy to find. Close to everything in town. The owner was really nice and helpful, and easy to get in contact with.
  The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything that you could possibly need.
  
  What could be improved: The only issues we had was that the key box correlated with the apartment number. Took us a few minutes to figure that out. We just assumed that the first apartment with the correct name on it was the one.
  The other thing was that it would have been nice to have some information on how the lock to the apartment worked beforehand.

  Perfect apartment in a perfect location! There is a separate hallway from the living room to the bedroom. The WIFI worked well and the apartment was spotless with everything you would need for your stay. Not noisy at night time. The host, Francesco, was very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

  Everything was perfect, especially the location – just a short 10-minute walk to all the main landmarks.
  Our host was very hospitable and kind, he even let us check-in 2 hours before the official check-in time, because we arrived so early.
  Apartment was cozy and well-appointed, water pressure was fantastic, and the neighbourhood was really quiet and safe.

  This apartment was perfect for our trip to Prague. We booked as 2 colleagues sharing – one in the bedroom and one in the living room on the sofa bed. The fact that there is a separate hallway from the living room to the bedroom and the bathroom meant we both had extra privacy and the living room could be closed off during the night like a separate bedroom with no disturbance when going to the bathroom etc.
  
  The wifi worked well and the apartment was spotless with everything you would need for a short trip and even a longer trip to Prague. The location was amazing. I generally travel to Prague by train and I hate dragging my suitcase through the crowds of people down the busy streets or onto the metro. This is only a few minutes walk from the train station and yet the road itself is very quiet. The building is very pretty and the entrance etc was clean. Mainly local residents in the building so not noisy at night time.
  
  The rooms were warm enough without the heating on – very welcoming after being out in the town in 2 degrees celsius! Plenty of storage space for clothes. Comfortable beds, decent hairdryer and lovely fluffy towels. Coffee and sugar already there. Little things that make a difference 🙂
  
  The host was very accommodating of our needs and ensured that that we were comfortable in the apartment. I (we) will definitely stay here again when we come to Prague and I will recommend to friends, clients and colleagues. Thank you Francesco for being a great host 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to dislike about staying here (apart from my colleague was hoping there would be tea bags as well as the coffee!)
