first of all Peter was great, he gave us all kinds of information that helped us in our visit. the apartment was very good. Big plus was the washing machine and parking. short walk to the tram. transportation is easy.

The position of the apartment is great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We had a small issue with the Garage since one day we couldn’t park there because of the yearly cleaning. This was perfectly solved by the host, we got a payed place in the nearby hotel garage.

The location was close to bus stop, tram stops and metro station. Quite a busy place with eateries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was in top floor with good ventilation. It was on a small lane with cars coming only for parking. Hence almost noise free.
What could be improved: Underground Garage parking.
1. The remote to open the Garage did not work
2. The guiding signal lights were always red – No way to know if a car is coming in the opposite direction.
3. Garage is made for smaller cars and was tedious to bring in and take out a bigger one – with the added disadvantage of the non working signal lights.

Pretty nice location. Comfortable for family traveling. two rooms, quiet, warm with heating, and washing machine.
What could be improved: The general impression is that the apartments are very overvalued, despite the fact that the interior seems to be quite good, and the building is modern and everything is equipped and there is some utensils. The kettle definitely needs to be replaced, because the iron kettle that needs to be boiled on the stove is covered in some kind of drips – this is just the last small detail that completes the whole picture.Michal from Czech Republic – 12 September 2022 (7/10)
New, modern and spacious Apartment with view into trees. Underground parking is real benefit here. Children playgrounds in park nearby is also big plus. Shopping centere and Underground station about 8min walkf from Apartment.
What could be improved: The apartment is furnished very simply and also cleaning service would do a better job (but still ok).
