It’s tucked on Klimentská street, which – if you’re not familiar with Prague – puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to Old Town that you can stumble back after too many Czech beers, but far enough that you’re not drowning in tour groups at 7 AM.

The building itself has that classic Prague thing going on where the exterior looks properly historical, but step inside and it’s all clean lines and thoughtful design. I mean, it’s boutique done right – not the kind where they sacrifice comfort for Instagram moments. The rooms actually feel spacious (rare for European city hotels, let’s be honest), and they’ve managed to blend modern amenities with touches that remind you you’re in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. What really sold me was the attention to small stuff – good lighting for actually reading, outlets where you need them, and bathrooms that don’t require contortionist skills to use the shower.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Prague rather than just visiting it. You’ve got Wenceslas Square about a ten-minute walk away, but more importantly, you’re right near some fantastic local spots that most tourists miss completely. There’s this little wine bar around the corner that the front desk told me about – exactly the kind of insider tip that makes a hotel worth staying at. Getting around is dead simple too; the metro connections mean you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without the tourist-trap taxi rides. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (like most of central Prague), but the staff knows the area well enough to point you toward actual solutions rather than just shrugging. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s the kind of place that gets the important things right without any dramatic flourishes, which honestly is exactly what you want when you’re trying to explore a city like Prague.

  Was very modern, with a relaxing asian music at lobby, as the first impact I had.
  The room already included all facilities, warm and with different types of lightning, however was your pleasure/MOOD. Everything clean! Variable breakfast choices. The staff helped me to book bolt while was in hurry for a concert.
  We catched in time even the train at early morning, after check out. I want to thank the reception girl (with a sweet smile and with black hair, not able to ask for her name) that called us in time to wake uo, called already the taxi as we asked at evening before. She even did cappucino for me because I left earlier than the kitchen open.
  Great place! Great staff!
  
  What could be improved: They can provide to take away cups in case of any early check out (as I had the change to not taste the delicious breakfast they do).

  An easy walk from the main bus terminal. Easy walk to the old town and points of interest. Lots of restaurants in the area. Bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Good value for the price.

  We traveled to Prague as a team of nine and had an amazing stay at MOODS Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Four of us were even able to check in as early as 11 AM – such great service!
  
  The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day in the city. The location is excellent – central yet quiet enough for a restful sleep. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered plenty of variety to start the day right.
  
  Overall, a fantastic experience! Whether you’re traveling as a group, for business, or on a city trip, MOODS Hotel is a great choice. We’d love to come back!

  The staff was really helpful and willing to help.

  Interesting design solutions in a room and in the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Room needs bunch of small fixes:
  – Fix ventilation system. It provides 'tapping' sounds, that can be annoying.
  – Shower holder needs fixing.
  – Toilet water buttons and RGB light buttons on the right side of the bed require attention.
