Asi nejlepší přístup majitelky se kterým jsme se kdy setkali, krásný zrekonstruovaný apartmán. Velice dobře vybavený. 5 minut autem 2x albert, a obchodní dům VIVO.

The location is good, close to "Promyslova business center",
the temperature inside the apartment was confortable.
What could be improved: 1) The is not heating at all in the bathroom. The owner wrote that after the repairment the workers didn't find the way how to connect the heater to the main heating system.
As a result – constant dampness in the bathroom and inability to dry towels
2) The boiler is pretty old (2014), the hot water was finished quickly. (After the one person had a shower), but the serious problem is: the socket is scheduled to operate the boiler only twice a day: 3:30-5:30 at night and then only at 11:00-13:00…

The location was in an old building, a pretty quiet neighborhood, the check-in was easy and overall we had a good staying.
What could be improved: Cleaner, especially the bed sheets, and need fresh air, air conditioner also, because the building is old.
