The furnishings have that clean Scandinavian-ish vibe without feeling sterile, and the Wi-Fi is solid throughout, which matters more than it should when you’re trying to upload photos or catch up on work.

What I really liked was the neighborhood vibe around here. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that opens ridiculously early (perfect if you’re still on weird time zones), and the tram connections are honestly better than some places closer to the tourist center – the 22 and 23 lines run frequently and get you pretty much anywhere you want to go. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, but the building has arrangements that actually work, unlike some places where you’re circling blocks at midnight with your luggage. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be luxury, but it nails the fundamentals really well. Check-in was smooth, the apartments stay quiet even on weekends (the building seems well-insulated), and you get that authentic “living in Prague” feeling without sacrificing comfort. Plus, you’re close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square when you want the action, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the chaos when you don’t.

  Dishwasher, air conditionig was quite good, spacious, washmachine, pretty quiet flat, separate bathroom and toilet.
  
  What could be improved: Small sinks, doors in shower were unable to fully close, floor was cold we were missing slippers for bigger comfort, water battery was malfunctioning, air was pretty wet, cover for some electrical sockets were broken and their positioning were many times brainless.

  The location was great, there are many cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped (e.g., dishwasher, washing machine). The beds were comfy. Overall, great for a few days' stay and a good deal for the price.
  
  What could be improved: We never used the washing machine, but it was full of water and kept leaking all over the floor. We had to clean the puddle 3 or 4 times. The apartment is located on the basement floor: it has windows but there isn't a lot of light, which makes the place not very well suited for people who work from home IMO.

  The location and the apartment were great! As described, it is modern and spacious as well as clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the electrical outlets didn't work at all or worked intermittently. For example, the two by the kitchen table worked the 1st day, then were dead the rest of the stay. In the master bedroom, two of the outlets worked intermittently.
  
  Just as we were going out the door on the last day, we heard a crash in the shower room. Even though no one was in there, the plastic cover for the light fixture on the left side was on the floor and broken?!?! We placed it on the kitchen table with the key.
  
  Having more than one key for four people would have been very helpful.

  Good location. Enough room for our family of 4 to be comfortable. Well equipped for cooking food.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment is below the street level and has small windows that don't keep out sound super well. There was a little bit of a musty smell in the apartment. Had to park our car in an expensive city parking lot, but that's just the way it is in Prague if you are driving.

  Was in a great location, easy to walk to Old Town & all top tourist attractions.
  
  What could be improved: The key collection let us down. I arrived at the collection place, had not had the message to tell me which keysafe or the number to open it. Luckily there was someone in the office who helped us. The email with this info arrived about an hour later. Also was bit noisy in the evenings aa next to a pub. TV not tuned to anything, so may as well not have been there.
