The property

The hotel has around 60 rooms: singles, doubles, twins and triples, plus family suites for four, a junior suite and a suite with a 65 m² terrace; the Panoramic Loft Suite is reached by stairs only. Rooms are air-conditioned and have a mini-fridge, an espresso maker and an electric kettle. A continental breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30 for about CZK 300 per person. There is a lift, a 24-hour front desk and a banquet hall, and staff can help with tours and tickets.

What could be improved: I couldn’t find the way to turn on night lights near bed , but not big deal

Really enjoyed our stay in Miss Sophie’s Downtown. It was easy to get to on the airport bus. There were plenty of good coffee shops, restaurants etc. nearby & it was walking distance (we have no mobility issues) from the town centre.

The hotel itself was clean & had everything we needed. Bottles of water were in the room when we arrived. A Nespresso coffee machine & mini fridge were great additions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a map on arrival and shown a number of places to visit. The reception is 24hr & there is a bar where drinks can be purchased at anytime.

The hotel is also very secure & you cannot reach any of the “guest” areas without a keycard.
