Good lighting (seriously, why is this so rare?), decent storage space, and the beds are actually comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. The bathrooms are modern without being cold, and the water pressure is consistently good, which matters more than you might think after a long day walking around Prague’s cobblestones. I stayed here during shoulder season and the place felt lively but not overcrowded – that sweet spot where there’s energy in the common areas but you’re not fighting for the elevator. With a 9.2 rating, I was expecting something special, and Miss Sophie’s delivers without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place that gets Prague right – stylish and authentic without the pretense, perfectly positioned without the chaos, and run by people who actually seem to like what they’re doing.

  Great location, near the train station and the city center. very cosy room, great style, big and comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Very friendly staff, offered suggestions what to visit in Prague. Parking place was possible to book in advance.

  Really enjoyed our stay in Miss Sophie’s Downtown. It was easy to get to on the airport bus. There were plenty of good coffee shops, restaurants etc. nearby & it was walking distance (we have no mobility issues) from the town centre.
  
  The hotel itself was clean & had everything we needed. Bottles of water were in the room when we arrived. A Nespresso coffee machine & mini fridge were great additions.
  
  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a map on arrival and shown a number of places to visit. The reception is 24hr & there is a bar where drinks can be purchased at anytime.
  
  The hotel is also very secure & you cannot reach any of the “guest” areas without a keycard.
