Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to the third floor of this elegant Prague building, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from Michal apartment 125m2 city centre. The name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, but you know what? Sometimes the best places have the most straightforward names. This four-star apartment immediately impressed me with its generous space — and I mean genuinely spacious, not just “European spacious.” At 125 square meters, you’re getting more room than most hotel suites at a fraction of the price, which becomes pretty obvious the moment you step inside.

Location & Neighborhood

The Šaldova address puts you right in one of Prague’s most coveted areas, and locals will tell you this neighborhood has that perfect balance of authentic Prague life without being touristy. You’re actually within walking distance of both the historic center and some fantastic local spots that most visitors never discover. I found myself strolling to Wenceslas Square in about fifteen minutes, but what I really loved was having genuine Czech pubs and cafes right around the corner. The location score of 9.5 isn’t just marketing fluff — couples especially seem to get it, probably because there’s something romantic about having your own private space in such a well-connected part of the city.

The Space Itself

Here’s where Michal apartment 125m2 city centre really shines — you’re getting an actual apartment, not some cramped hotel room with a kitchenette thrown in. The layout feels thoughtfully designed, with separate areas that actually function as distinct spaces. I mean, you can spread out your stuff, cook a proper meal if you want, and still have room to relax without feeling like you’re living on top of each other. The furnishing strikes that sweet spot between modern comfort and local character, though it’s clearly designed for practical living rather than Instagram photos.

Practical Perks

One thing that surprised me was the private parking — honestly, if you’ve ever tried to park in central Prague, you’ll know this is basically like finding gold. Most places in this area either don’t offer parking at all or charge ridiculous fees for it. Having your own spot on-site removes so much stress from exploring the city by car, or just knowing your rental is safe while you wander around. The apartment also comes with all those little things you don’t think about until you need them — proper kitchen equipment, decent Wi-Fi, and enough electrical outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices.

Why Guests Love It

The 9.7 rating tells the real story here — people keep coming back to this place, and it’s not hard to see why. You get the independence of having your own space combined with being right in the heart of everything Prague has to offer. Couples particularly seem to appreciate having room to breathe while still being steps away from romantic dinners and evening strolls along the Vltava. It’s that rare find where you feel like you’re living in Prague rather than just visiting it, which honestly makes all the difference when you want to experience the city like a local rather than rushing from one tourist sight to the next.

Best hotels in Prague blend Gothic townhouses, castle-view roof terraces, and hearty Czech breakfasts before a day among Gothic spires.

The apartment is only a few minutes by metro, trolley, or even on foot from the old town. Homy and cozy, the apartment offers you the chance to relax and feel at home away from home. It is spacious and very clean and provides all conditions to test your cooking abilities. If this is not something appealing to you, a score of restaurants in the neighborhood are a convenient solution for a breakfast, lunch or dinner. The landlady is very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is located only 5 minutes from the subway line B - just 2 stops to the city center. It is very modern, clean and quiet and in a nice area. You can book parking in the garage of the building for an additional fee. Jana is very nice and also provided fresh fruit and coffee for the coffee machine.
