  It was easy to get inside the building; the property was clean; the bed was comfortable; the TV was easy to use. The proximity to the event I was attending was fantastic. There were good shops in the neighborhood.
  
  What could be improved: Because the property was in the attic, it got warm, and when the air conditioning was running, the air was blowing directly on me in the bed. Also, I had a car and parking in the area was horrible and costly. It was an added expense that I hadn't considered (but maybe should have).

  Melly (the property owner) was very responsive and easy to work with, proactively communicated with us when necessary.
  
  The apartment has 2 ACs, which, during scorching-hot July is necessary.
  
  What could be improved: Small thing: there's only 1 key, and it's necessary to enter the building (for the apartment there's a separate locking system). Yes, if you return home during the day you can call Melly and ask her for remote-unlock, but it's still a hassle especially if you are a group of friends.

  La struttura è molto pulita, ben tenuta e ben servita, c’è tutto il necessario per cucinare e lavarsi. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile rispondendo in tempi brevi ad ogni nostro problema.
  
  What could be improved: L’unica pecca è la doccia, che essendo una vasca con un piccolo pannello di vetro, schizza in tutto il bagno bagnando il pavimento.

  Квартира розташована у чудовому районі – до метро/трамваю 5 хвилин, поруч магазини. Господарі дуже привітні та милі люди, наші прохання виконували дуже швидко. Квартира чиста, все приладдя для кухні було в т.ч. посудомийна та пральна машини. Обов'язково повернемося! Рекомендуємо!
