  The 3BHK apartment was massive and was at a very convenient location. The reception gave us a heads up about the no noise policy etc but understood we were a group of boys, hence tried to locate us in an apartment tht met our needs.
  
  What could be improved: The deposit to be made is a little too much and the refund time is too long.

  The apartment was great! Very big spacious and a great view on the river. Space for all of us and comfortable sofas and beds. Walking distance from the majority of the attractions in the city center. Basically a stone throw from the most famous Charles bridge.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment it's not at the address you see on booking. That is the reception. Basically we didn't know which was our apartment until the flat was ready. We were informed via WhatsApp with the address info. We were assigned to the one near the Charles bridge which was actually another option on booking but not the one we reserved. Not bad anyway! We were and we searched an apartment with 4 beds. There were 4 double beds but only 2 were set up for guests. The other two weren't. Thankfully some linen was in the wardrobe and we could sleep in each bed. 5 euros for each bag in a partner hotel near the reception it's quite expensive.

  The apartment is well located and very large. It can easily accommodate a larger group.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is not as clean and in not as good a condition as shown in the pictures. The sofas appear to have stains on them and don't look very clean. For the price, it's a shame that not even shower soap is provided.
  
  There are no ceiling lights in any of the rooms or the living room. It makes the apartment quite dark during evening at night.
  
  We were there in the month of July and we were not provided enough fans. This apartment (and many others) are managed by a big company and the receptionist told us at the time of the checkout that we could have used the Air Conditioning. Only that the apartment does not have an AC.

  What could be improved: COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. One of the main bedrooms was linked with the other so there was no privacy and they were no photos online nor any mention of that on the website, the bed frames were very wobbly in the level we were scared that might break down during the night (I am attaching photos underneath), in the main bedroom one of the window blinds was missing and they were no curtains anywhere so it was very uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep as we been woken up every morning from 6am from the sun (photos below from us trying to come up with something to manage to sleep), in the online photos shows that two towels are provided for each guest which never happened and we had to use ONLY ONE towel for body, hair, hands and face (unbelievable) and when we asked the reception for more the answer was ‘we should have brought towels with us’ in a sarcastic tone! Furthermore we asked the reception for fans as the room was boiling hot all day long and although they said they will bring us some that NEVER happened so we left a day earlier very disappointed. The worst was when we tried to ask reception to get our money back as the room was not as promised we were treated very badly in a disrespectful level from the receptionists, we tried to communicate our problems and they did nothing to make our stay pleasant on the contrary they were talking about our demands in their own language and laughing in front of us completely disrespectful and inhospitable attitude.

  The apartment was very huge and is great for larger groups. And it's very central located. Parking is possible for separate cost and is quite near on the street with an official online ticket or in a official garage. And even if the apartment was not very modern, it had quite a bit of a special flair cause of the oldness and cause it was so huge. The employees were very friendly, helpful and competent.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment and furniture was quite old (looked better in the pictures), it didn't have that much comfort to offer, no air condition and the windows were very thin so it was quite loud at night from outside. Roller shutter existed not on every window and it stopped working after some time completely on the other windows too. There was no soap in the bathroom what some other user posted already and what is normally standard everywhere.
