  The apartment is so grand and very well maintained! It was well cleaned and every bed had clean sheets! The location is incredibly central and made it so easy to go to the central station and to main bus station for our day trips out side of Prague. Everything one may need is just 5 mins away from the apartment and there’s a metro station one street away. The kitchen was absolutely my favourite place in the apartment. The only thing that we didn’t know was the heating and the warm water but the manager was extremely quick to reply and let us know how the heater function. I would definitely recommend this place for big groups and for families who likes to enjoy Prague the best way possible. Worth the price.

  Really spacious apartment with its unique style. Well equipped kitchen with fruit basket & champagne.

  Large space, good for friends and large families. Loved the kitchen with the dining space. It was cool to hang out here with friends. They provided as well fruits and drinks. For washing machine. there’s also available detergent. All in all, good stay. I just didn’t realize that there was only one bathroom and one shower but it was in separate areas.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms had doors in between. This meant noise from the other room can be heard in the adjoining rooms.Anyhow, it’s more a matter of the persons you’re with. But just so you know. Also, the shower curtain was placed at an odd location so that it’s close to you when you bathe. Kind of difficult to take a shower.

  Great location, huge bedrooms + a nice and roomy kitchen for everyone to hang out in. The apartment is on the first floor which means only one short flight of stairs to lift suitcases.
  
  What could be improved: The shower can be a bit awkward – you have to hold the shower head… the whole time! There's no fixture to hold it so it gets cold when you need to lather up (as you have to put it down to use both hands). Also, the draining isn't great – just gets blocked so the tub gets filled up.
  
  All three beds were pretty hard/springy and the pillows were just bags of clumped stuffing + a strong scent/perfume that was so intense, it made it even harder to fall asleep.

  What could be improved: The kitchen plates, pots, glasses are not clean properly and was very oily and had to clean all of them.
  The checkin was the worst nightmare for us as we all travel very far from Australia and had indicated in our booking that we will arrive between 2pm and 3 pm. There was no indication before that we need to contact the property manager that we need to call and let her know on the day. When we arrived at the property at 2.53pm, we call the manager and she asked us to WhatsApp her. When we managed to WhatsApp her she said she needed an hour to get there as she does not live there. We had to wait in the cold and in the rain as there is no shelter at the front. One hour later at 3.53pm, she did not turn up and when trying to call her she said that she is stuck in a traffic which not sure if it is true as it was 23rd Dec and on a weekend. She arrived at about 4.20pm and it is not acceptable to have the guest to wait for such a long time after our long flights of more than 24 hours with our big luggage’s . Please ensure anyone who book this place to endure the guarantee book in times, otherwise is contradictory to the agree terms and conditions.

  Staying in this incredible apartment was an unforgettable experience. Located right in the heart of Prague, near one of the city's largest and most iconic squares, this place offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Prague’s most famous landmarks, top restaurants, and vibrant cultural spots.
  
  The apartment itself is breathtaking. It is incredibly spacious, with soaring high ceilings that add to its grandeur. Every detail of the interior has been designed with exceptional taste—elegant, stylish, and truly remarkable. The entire space is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, making it feel both welcoming and luxurious.
  
  Inside, there are three well-appointed rooms, each with extremely comfortable beds that guarantee a restful sleep. The kitchen is not only large but also fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with wonderful welcome gifts, a thoughtful touch that made us feel even more at home.
  
  The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always available to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more special.
  
  I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. If you are looking for a place that combines elegance, comfort, and an outstanding location in Prague, this is the perfect choice. I would absolutely love to return!
