  The place has a lot of nice little things, fully equipped kitchen, even a washing machine and a dishwasher, which I think is a bit unnecessary, as the place is small. I would prefer a microwave instead :D. They thought about details, such as kitchen cloth, teas, toiletries. It is a safe area and the metro station is 5 min walk. You have all the cleaning tools there too, in case of longer stays. The communication is quick, they are very responsive.
  
  What could be improved: I had trouble with the shower, it is great, nice, new, but had no proper sealing and the water went out over the whole floor, even to the entrance room and got all the rugs wet. I did not expect that, is not usual in our countries to have this kind of set up. I panicked a bit, seeing what happened and had to wipe for an hour. So a warning would have been helpful.
  However, they responded to the situation and brought new rugs and towels next day, did not make a big deal out of it. Then I was more careful.

  The flat is a newly renovated studio in a walk-up residential building. Located in the 1st floor (2nd floor for non-Europeans), with a view of the street outside. Getting the keys was easy, and the building was quiet during my stay. The nearest metro station is 8-10mins away (Tesco supermarket beside this), the trams going to the tourist areas were 10mins away downhill (uphill coming back to the flat), and the Vysehrad area is 15-20mins away by foot. Clean and quiet neighborhood, and highly recommend Restaurace Klika nearby!!
  
  The flat was clean and well-equipped. Modern kitchen with an oven and a washer (no dryer), all utensils you need to cook are available too. Lots of storage and clothes hangers. Comfy and clean bed and linens. Maybe I was being a bit dumb, but hope the hosts can provide detailed instructions about the keys (1 for the flat and 1 for the building front door), plus instructions on the wifi password. Also, the heater is just okay during winter, not warm enough for me. But other than that, I had a wonderful stay and felt almost like a local for a few days! Definitely would stay again!

  Beautiful place. Very cozy. Everything clean and modern. Everything necessary is provided. Good location. Btw perfect if you’re in Prague for a medical treatment at NeoVize clinic, as there’s a direct bus.

  Dobrá dostupnost MHD, Metro i tram do 10min, v centru jste do 30min celkem.
  Klidná ulice s minimálním provozem
  Ubytování je nově zrekonstruované, vše pěkné, čisté, voňavé, funkční. Jako útočiště pro pár při prodlouženém víkendu i delším pobytu v Praze naprosto ideální.
  Plně vybavený byt. Základní nádobí v kuchyni, rychlovarná konvice, topinkovač. Při delším pobytu jistě oceníte i pračku.
  Wi-Fi.
  Nákup potravin v blízkosti.
  
  What could be improved: Nepodstatné drobnosti – ve vybavení chybí fén, televize krásně velká proti posteli, ale bez antény. Pokud máte vlastní účet u některé placené platformy, není problém se po přihlášení dívat na co chcete, ale klasické pozemní vysílání DTV nelze. Nebo se mi nepodařilo zjistit jak 🙂

  Sehr moderne Einrichtung.
  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
  Es hat alles in der Küche was man braucht.
  Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lebensmittel in der Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuss.
  Sehr gutes und stabiles Internet.
  Gute Heizung hatten Minusgrade ausserhalb der Wohnung.
  Dank dem Schlüsselsafe sehr leichtes Ein und Auschecken.
  Mit den Uber Taxis kann man sehr günstig die ganze Stadt befahren, und man wird innerhalb von wenigen Minuten abgeholt.
  
  What could be improved: Die überfüllten stinkenden Müllcontainer unten im Haupteingang waren nicht schön anzuschauen.
  Die Matratze vom Bett war sehr weich und in der Mitte durchgelegen, auf den Seiten war die Matratze okay, so das wird trotzdem gut schlafen konnten.
