The place has a lot of nice little things, fully equipped kitchen, even a washing machine and a dishwasher, which I think is a bit unnecessary, as the place is small. I would prefer a microwave instead :D. They thought about details, such as kitchen cloth, teas, toiletries. It is a safe area and the metro station is 5 min walk. You have all the cleaning tools there too, in case of longer stays. The communication is quick, they are very responsive.

What could be improved: I had trouble with the shower, it is great, nice, new, but had no proper sealing and the water went out over the whole floor, even to the entrance room and got all the rugs wet. I did not expect that, is not usual in our countries to have this kind of set up. I panicked a bit, seeing what happened and had to wipe for an hour. So a warning would have been helpful.
However, they responded to the situation and brought new rugs and towels next day, did not make a big deal out of it. Then I was more careful.
