  The location and convenience of proximity to the transportation routes were great. Walking distance to Charles Bridge
  The view from our room was lovely and the staff were professional and very warm
  
  What could be improved: The property is a little old and needs some freshening up. Our shower head was broken and so you had to always hold the shower while having a shower.

  Beautiful old charming building in perfect location, right by the castle but a quiet street, clean and spacious and modern enough, wonderful friendly staff with great service.
  
  What could be improved: The bed they gave us was meant to be a double but it was 2 singles pushed together

  Great location, very nice room with comfortable beds, they gave us a glass of champagne when we checked in which was a very nice touch.
  
  What could be improved: There were a few small maintenance items in the bathroom that we mentioned to the person at reception on the first day, unfortunately only 1 of them was fixed by the time we left, i.e. the shower head was loose, the plug in the basin did not work, and the light above the basin in the bathroom was not working.

  The decor ,location & staff . We were eventually moved to an upgraded room the following day and offered complementary breakfast for suffering the dripping water onto the bed
  
  What could be improved: The ceiling was leak leaking and dripping in our bed , we were offered a bucket to capture the water through the night , the safe was not working as the instructions were for a different model safe and the breakfast was cold

  Beautiful style and decorations. Large, spacious rooms. Less than 10 minute walk to the Old Bridge, a tram stop, and a metro station. Very welcoming staff that accommodated our early check-in request. Will definitely book again.

  Wonderful view (from Ambassador Suite) over Prague. Friendly reception and helpful personal.
  The clean room offers tea and coffee making facilities and a nice balcony. The hotel is a short walk (approx. 5 min.) from the 'Malostranska' tram and metro station. Attractions like Castle, Karluv Most, Old Town are within easy reach.
