    Apartment was very nice and the location was excellent for travelling on foot in the city centre.

    What could be improved: We didn't arrive until 10pm and it was a bit unclear how to collect the keys as the office was closed. I had to call a help number and was then advised about the key box. It would have been good to know this before hand.

    Spacious, cozy and always a moderate temperature. It was so lovely to come back to the apartments warmth. Hot water was instant and just perfect. The kitchenette was fully equipped including dishwasher, which was very convenient. They also provide an uber priced pick up from the airport. And a thoughtfully created map with tips for tourists.

    What could be improved: The property was wonderful, however one needs to collect the keys from the office first, which is a 10 min walk from the house. If you have a lot of luggage, this can be a challenge. But we were fine.

    Lovely apartment. Clean and large. Lovely furniture.

    What could be improved: I wish we had the room looking towards the street because the room which was prepared for us was very dark.

    Very comfortable beds. Good quality towels. Spacious and nice designed, laundry machine worked well.

    What could be improved: We got only one set of keys and we needed two. There is no door opening option from the apartment so each time one of us needed to go down and open the door.
    The entrance to the building welcomes you with the garage area , and the smell is strong.
    There wasn’t any drying rack or drier. There were some chairs that were almost broken

    Perfect from all aspects….

    What could be improved: The key pick up office was 10 min walk from the apartment.
    The main building entrance was very dirty with bad odor.
    Very faint source of light in one of the bedrooms.

    Very big apartment with 12 sleeping spaces, two large bathrooms, very clean. Two fans were provided for hot nights in the summer. Elevator, parking 🅿️ spot in next building garage. Premium location right off Vaclavske namesti (Vatzlav square).

    What could be improved: The only downside is horrible smell of trash at the entrance. The bins are located right at the exit to the street and you have to pass this section on the way in and out.

    Very spacious, clean and light apartament. Big, comfy beds.
    Perfect location if you like to walk a lot. Several cultural and shopping areas nerby, as well as the logistics hubs.

    What could be improved: Only a few minor issues we had were: the big shower head was in bad shape and the shower itself wasn't well suited for anyone taller than 1.8m and, while washing the hair, all water pour to the floor along your elbows; the kitchen knives could use some sharpening and a basic set of condaments would be wellcome; the batteries in one of the remotes were dead; there was no shoehorn.
