You know what really struck me about Lovely Apartments Heart of Prague? The name actually undersells it – I mean, when you’re literally on Školská Street, you’re not just in the “heart” of Prague, you’re practically in its pulse. I walked out the front door and honestly couldn’t believe how close everything was. Wenceslas Square is maybe a three-minute stroll, and you can hit the main tourist spots without ever needing the tram (though Prague’s public transport is fantastic, just saying).

The apartments themselves have this really nice balance – they feel properly Czech without being all touristy about it. High ceilings, original wooden floors that creak just enough to remind you you’re in a building with actual history, but everything’s been updated where it counts. The kitchens are surprisingly well-equipped – I actually cooked a few meals because there’s this great little market on Národní that’s perfect for grabbing fresh stuff. What I really appreciated was the noise level; Školská isn’t one of those streets where drunk tourists are stumbling around at 2 AM, but you’re still close enough to the action that you can walk to dinner and drinks without planning an expedition.

Here’s the thing that made me give this place such high marks – the staff actually knows Prague. Not just the obvious recommendations, but like when I mentioned wanting good goulash that wasn’t a tourist trap, they sent me to this spot near the university that I never would’ve found otherwise. Check-in was smooth (they’ve got someone there most hours, which isn’t always a given with apartment-style places), and when my flight got delayed, they sorted out late arrival without making it a whole production. The WiFi is solid – worked perfectly for video calls, which matters if you’re mixing business with pleasure. Honestly, for a 4-star place with a 9 rating, I was expecting maybe some corners cut somewhere, but they’ve really got their act together. If you want that local apartment feeling but with actual service and a location that’ll spoil you for other trips to Prague, this is your spot.

  The host was kind and super helpful and replied swiftly to all communications. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood is very convenient in terms of transportation, proximity to spots of interest, and facilities. Would definitely recommend!
  
  What could be improved: Just what everybody mentions about the windows allowing a moderate amount of noise to pass through but, honestly, the noise threshold falls into the "subjective" tier. Also, very slight traces of humidity could be detected by scent. However, this is related to the building infrastructure rather than the apartment itself; it's not a matter of cleanliness. Lastly, the provided individual blankets could be just a tad larger, although they were surely adequate.

  The interior is so classy and modern. The bed was comfortable, bathroom and comfort room is clean actually the entire apartment was clean. It was all good being here hope to be back here.

  Host was very responsive and helpful, we had an issue with the hot water and they responded to my message almost instantly offering advice and offering to send someone to help.
  Location is fantastic, very easy to walk to tourist places and a tram stop only a few minutes walk away.
  Apartment was clean and very modern, had all the facilities you needed and more. WiFi was good and TV had Netflix which was nice to relax after a long day walking around the city.
  Check out was 12:00 but the host let us store our bags until 13:30 so we could explore on our last day without having to drag suitcases around.
  
  What could be improved: We got checked into the wrong apartment on our first night. I got a phone call to inform us on this halfway through our first day when we were up at Prague Castle. Host offered to get the housekeeper to move our things which we first said yes to, but called back around 2 minutes later and said we wanted to come back and move them ourselves so unfortunately this meant we had to come back to the apartment on our first day in Prague.
  When we got back to the apartment, about 15/20 minutes later, our things had already been collected into carrier bags and moved to the new apartment.
  When moving our things, the housekeeper had left my partner’s passport in a drawer in the old apartment which was quite scary.
  I have still rated the apartment a 10 because this was just a mistake and unlikely to happen to anyone else. Both the host and the housekeeper were very apologetic.
  The apartment itself, the host and the location were all brilliant.

  Very clean, nice apartament in heart of Prague. Beds are comfortable, towels are clean , kitchen with all you need. I do recommend this place and I will come back again.

  What could be improved: Pillows. Sorry but we are finding pillows very soft on our travel. But that is nothing to worry about.
