Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Louren Apartments? The location is absolutely perfect, but not in that generic “convenient location” way everyone talks about. I mean, you’re on Milady Horákové, which honestly feels like one of Prague’s best-kept secrets – it’s this tree-lined street in Holešovice that locals actually use to get around, so you feel plugged into real Prague life rather than stuck in tourist central.
The apartments themselves have this really nice balance going on. They’ve clearly put thought into the renovations (the kitchens are actually usable, not just for show), but they haven’t gone overboard with that sterile modern hotel vibe that makes everywhere feel the same. The floors have character – some of that old European creaking that I actually find charming, though light sleepers might want to pack earplugs if there are kids upstairs. What I really appreciated was the space; after weeks of cramped hotel rooms across Europe, having an actual living area where you can spread out your stuff and eat breakfast without sitting on the bed felt like luxury. The WiFi works properly too, which – let’s be honest – isn’t always a given even in four-star places.
Here’s the thing about this neighborhood that makes it work so well: you’re maybe a 15-minute tram ride from Old Town, but you’re also walking distance to Letná Park, which has hands-down the best views of the city (especially at sunset, when all the tour groups have gone home). There’s this little Vietnamese place two blocks down that serves incredible pho – the kind of spot you’d never find unless you were staying in a residential area like this. The tram connections are solid; I never waited more than a few minutes during the day, and the 17 line basically takes you everywhere you need to go. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, though I’d still recommend the tram over dealing with Prague’s old city center in a car.
The staff clearly knows what they’re doing – check-in was smooth, they had actual recommendations beyond the usual tourist traps, and when my shower started acting up on day three, someone was there within an hour to fix it. That 8.9 rating makes sense when you stay here; it’s not perfect (the building’s old, so don’t expect perfect soundproofing, and the elevator is tiny), but it gets the important stuff right. Honestly, if you want to experience Prague like you’re living there for a week rather than just passing through, this is exactly the kind of place that makes that happen.

The apartment was very comfortable & clean, the kitchen well equipped for 1 person cooking. Locared in a well connected, beautiful city quarter with lots of interesting restaurants and cafes.

Great easy stop to stay. 19mins by Tram to central, but I like to see other parts of cities.
Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, washing machine is a bonus. I would return to stayKarl from United Kingdom – 16 March 2025 (9/10)
Very clean and comfortable. Secure and easy to check in using a kiosk. We stayed on the fifth floor so the lift was great. Very well supplied apartment with everything we needed for our 3 day break.

Great location.. warm and comfortable.
Oleksandra from Ukraine – 18 February 2025 (9/10)
We hit a really good discount with this booking, and the value for money was awesome. Comfy and spacious rooms, all the necessary amenities, good heating and ventilation system, good walkable location, etc.
What could be improved: The lack of any human contact is a bit odd. We were sent incorrect links to self check-in 3 months before our stay. If I didn't notice that we're missing the door code, we would've provably be in a big trouble cause their service is unavailable on weekends (which is ridiculous is a tourist city). I'm not sure i like such self check-in where you depend on a machine that's failing to accept the data you're entering (that was the case for our non-EU friend).Calum from United Kingdom – 16 February 2025 (9/10)
Well appointed apartment, located in a great easy to get to area.
Local facilities conveniently located.
What could be improved: The checkin kiosk , doesn't seem to function as well as others we have used.Una from Serbia – 9 February 2025 (9/10)
Great location, outside of inner town center but well connected with public transport, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city center. Apartment is very clean and nicely decorated.
What could be improved: Check in is kinda complicated and takes long time, also it takes almost 2 weeks to get deposit money back.Nenad from Croatia – 5 February 2025 (9/10)
Apartment is nice and clean. It has all that you need, and the upper floor is good for the kids. There is steep stairway to the upper part, but the kids managed them with no problems.
Close to the centre by Metro or tram, even walking you would need about half an hour.
What could be improved: Parking is hard to find. There is only 1 street that you can park and doesnt charge you on weekend and that is Milady Harkova. But it is not easy to find free spot. Everywhere else is complicate as Prague has some strange parking system that not even locals understand when you ask them.
I didnt see that the 2500 CZK damage deposit (around 100 EUR) is needed when you check in and you have to pay it on the check in machine with the card. You should state that more clearly on the booking process. It completely surprised me. I got the deposit back after about 5 days.Steph from United Kingdom – 4 February 2025 (9/10)
Spacious rooms
What could be improved: Checking in process is slow and the machine doesn’t work properly
