  Great hotel, highly recommend!
  We really enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing—very convenient and close to all the main attractions. The self-check-in was smooth, and before check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at their other hotel, just a 5-minute walk away at the main reception.
  
  The room was spotless, with daily cleaning. Despite the chilly weather, it was very warm inside—great heating! Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would definitely come back.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside was that on the second-to-last night, some very noisy neighbors checked in, and we could hear them quite well. It was more about them than the hotel itself, as the soundproofing was fine with other guests.
  
  Also, there was occasionally a sewage smell in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant.

  What could be improved: 1) The neighbors were making noise, the room doors are not solid and the noise came in late.
  2) The room was on the third floor and unfortunately the elevator stops on the fifth. I had a large suitcase and it was difficult to carry it up the stairs.
