Liliova Apartments Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Liliova Apartments on a narrow cobblestone street in Old Town, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. The building itself has this gorgeous historic facade that blends right into the medieval charm of the neighborhood — honestly, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking for the address. It’s tucked away on Liliova Street, which I actually love because you’re literally steps from all the major sights but not dealing with the tourist chaos right outside your door. The location strikes that perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.
Location Magic
This four-star property sits in what I’d call the sweet spot of Prague. You’re maybe a three-minute walk to Charles Bridge (seriously, I timed it), and the Astronomical Clock is right around the corner. But here’s what I really appreciated — the street itself is quiet enough that you can actually sleep at night. The couples who stay here clearly get it, because this location is perfect for romantic evening strolls without having to navigate crowds of tour groups every time you step outside. It’s the kind of neighborhood that rewards exploration.
The Apartment Experience
Each apartment feels more like staying in a local’s beautifully renovated flat than a typical hotel room. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with modern amenities tucked into historic bones — think exposed beams and original details mixed with contemporary furnishings that actually make sense. What really won me over was the kitchen setup; it’s compact but functional, which means you can grab fresh bread from the bakery down the street and have a proper breakfast without rushing to a crowded hotel dining room. These thoughtful touches elevate the entire stay.
Neighborhood Insights
The thing about staying on Liliova is that you’re in the heart of everything, but you also get to experience Prague like someone who actually lives here. There’s a fantastic little restaurant called Lokál just two blocks away where locals actually eat (not just tourists), and the morning coffee scene around here is surprisingly good. I mean, you’ll still hit the major sights — they’re all walkable — but you’ll also stumble onto hidden courtyards and quiet squares that most visitors miss entirely. This authentic neighborhood vibe is truly special.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.7 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s that rare combination of authentic Prague character with modern comfort, plus a location that lets you experience the city without feeling like you’re constantly fighting crowds. The parking situation is handled well too, which honestly surprised me given how narrow these Old Town streets are. You know what really sealed it for me though? Standing on Charles Bridge at sunset, then being back in my quiet, comfortable space within minutes — that’s the kind of travel experience that makes you want to return to Prague again and again. This property truly delivers on every front.
Visitors often choose Prague apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent Bohemian capital.

An Enjoyable Stay in a Prague Apartment near Old Town. – Eric from United States – 9 July 2025 (9/10)
Something different from a typical hotel room. A large apartment in a great location very close to Prague’s old town. A clothes washer was nice to have. We learned how to use the washer by watching a YouTube video.
What could be improved: Lots of stairs, about four flights, up to the apartment. There is no elevator.Superb – Uladzislau from Poland – 15 January 2025 (9/10)
Location is amazing. Beds are like clouds.

What could be improved: Nothing to mentiona lovely apartmemt in the heart of the town! – Rajesh from India – 1 September 2024 (10/10)
its a wonderful apartment in a very exclusive part of the city. there is a michelin starred restaurant on the ground floor. There are many dining options nearby – irish pub, starbucks, a sandwich place (bagaterie boulevard), czech resturant, and right next door is a vietnamese place. the tram stop (karlovy lasne) is towards the charles bridge which is a short walk away. There is an opera house neaby which was playing Verdi's 'la traviata'. you can safely use wolt for food delivery or bolt for cab booking (cheaper than uber). There are 2 zabta stores nearby for your daily needs. the nearest metro stop is 'staromestska' and the nearest bus stop is 'marianske namesti'. you can take a 24 hour or 72 hour ticket which allows all public transport including ferry. the ticket can be bought online from the app 'pid litacka'. for local short distance travel a bolt cab ride would cost about 100 to 150 csk. palladium is the nearest and smartest mall and can be reached via the metro. Enjoy your stay – the local people are great and the city is very safe.
What could be improved: persons with limited mobility shoud think about the two flights of stairs – otherwise it is a great place with lovely atmosphere all around. large windows let the sun in so the rooms are really bright and sunny! It was fantastic, I highly recommend it. – Renee from United States – 2 July 2024 (10/10)
The location is fantastic. Also has a washer and dryer and extra toilet.
