2-level apartments on Krizikova near the metro

Nicely thought out but with a lot of flaws.
Good location near the metro.
The kitchen is well equipped: stove, oven, hood, microwave, kettle.
However, there is a lack of dishes if there are more than 4 of you...
The beds are comfortable, harder mattresses, it suited us that way.

What could be improved: Dirty kitchen. I don't mean the worktop that has stains that cannot be cleaned, but the kitchen elements inside! There were a lot of crumbs and spilled coffee and other things...
The kettle was full of scale.
The pipe under the sink is leaking water. I had to put a towel on it to absorb it.
There are more than 10 power sockets in the kitchen and living room, but upstairs in one room there is not a single one, and in the other there are only two, and they are very far from the bed.
The upstairs rooms do not have wardrobes or any hangers or hooks where you can hang your clothes.

TV didn't work!!! Internet only.
In the room on the ground floor there is a closet with cleaning products, terribly dirty, scattered and messy! Dirty bed linen was left there !!!
The worst thing was that the keys were not where they told us, and we had to wait half an hour in the rain until someone came with the keys, even though we said what time we would be there (4pm)

The location of the house is great, personally we moved around using uber because being in 5 we never paid more than 2 € each, although we had rented a car we preferred to leave it near the house rather than go to the center with it. The apartment has an elevator and in the area you can find all the necessary services, market etc etc. Cleanliness is very good except for the downstairs bathtub which is stained and dirty with unremovable and unidentified gummy substances. The house is well lit and bright.

What could be improved: The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a bathtub, the other had only a toilet and a sink. Both bathtubs could not be filled, one because the tubcup was leaking the other did not have one, also the absence of curtains/glass made it virtually impossible to wash on the foot without getting everything else wet. The biggest disappointment was noticing that all the automatic shutters did not work and that only two of the three shading the main living room worked. It was difficult for many of us to sleep under these conditions. The dampers do not work or there is no button to operate them at all. Even the downstairs bathroom damper does not work. The pillows on all the beds in the house are of very poor quality. The kitchen is nice but there are no cooking utensils, only 1 pot and very few other cooking utensils.

location is good, apartment was clean and nicely equipped, even netflix was on TVs. Location is perfect

What could be improved: At night, if you would leave windows open sometimes some drank people would enter the internal yard and before they would pass they would wake you up

The apartment is very spacious, good for 1 big family or even two. Every room has a tv, there is cloths and dish washing mashines.

What could be improved: We arrived late, contact phone was unavailable, we had problems to find the keys.There was no wifi, no tee or coffe, nothing about sightseeings or market shops around.

Situation is very good, metro right after the corner, very close to the downtown.

What could be improved: Dirty, we were informed that we are first visitors after renovation, I even can't even imagine how bad it was before. We were 2 couple with two kids and were sure that this place is good choice for us, fist that we saw it is dirty steps on the floor, garbage in the bucket and some construction debris under the bed. After the call, we got an answer that tomorrow morning will be arranged floor cleaning, only tomorrow! OK, let's see, the next day the floor was cleaned, but how, just with water, for your understanding, after the cleaning, white socks were dirty after 5 steps, looks like the floor was never cleaned before, the floor is sticky, especially near the kitchen place. The appartaments is dirty everywhere, in the bathroom, kitchen, on the balcony. I really don't recommend this place, especially with kids due to the dirt. This place costs three times less than it is priced.

The next point is the lack of WiFi, the owner was not able to explain where the router is placed. We didn't find the router in the appartaments. It looks like he is owning other appartaments on the same floor, and TV is connected to WiFi in other flats. So, we were without WiFi all three days because the owner was sure that the router was in the kitchen, and we just need to find it and read the password.

Another problem is the dishwasher, it is broken and we were not able to use it, when we informed the owner, he provided an answer - than you about the information, without trying to help, without excuses..., just thank you for the information...

Actually, the free of charge parking place was also provided only on the next day.

The question, for what we paid? Not recommend at all. Looks like the problem is in attitude from the owner side.

What could be improved: I don’t recommend this one. The apartment needs renovation. It’s disgusting and not worth its money (approximately 160 EUR per night). The place must be three times cheaper. It seems like a scam.

* The rooms were dirty and dusty in every corner. It’s a pity I can’t attach photos to prove it.
* Also, the towels stank a lot like dead rats. We asked the administration to replace them but were ignored.
* Switching on the ventilation brings more dust and bad smells into the bathroom.
* There were no trash bags, so we had to buy them ourselves.
* Check-in is too complicated. You first need to find the key box located in a random position far away from the entrance. Then you must find the right entrance. Although the administration provided us with a guide on check-in, it was more confusing than explaining.

Definitely bad value for such money!
