Lesser Town Apartment Melnicka by easyBNB

Our experience in the apartment was amazing. The team sent us an invoice for the retention fee and additional info about all the guests, we filled it in and the check in went smoothly. Most of our family were arriving later in the day and the earliest one arrived and took the keys with no issue. We texted the owners team and luckily the apartment was ready for our stay earlier than expected which was nice! The apartment is HUGE, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, a very nice kitchen, lots of dishes, all of the rooms are spacious and there definitely would be space for anyone and anything!

We stayed there in January so it was pretty cold and the apartment was warm. Radiators everywhere. One of the rooms had a closet that was full with blankets so no worries about that at all. Also a balcony that is very peaceful and quiet.

Located in a very chill and quiet street too, there is a tram nearby so every once in a while you might veeeeryyyy slightly hear it passing by but that's all good!
Staff were available throughout the entire stay, we texted them if we had any questions and they were quick to respond.
Overall we are happy.

What could be improved: The beds were very very bad in our opinion 🥲
They were fine to sleep on, but not more than that. Everything i'm gonna say next is relevant to absolutely all 3 beds.

They were VERY low (would be a catastrophy for elders), the mattresses were very thin, they were creaking really loudly, and the design was weird (some strange wooden borders around the mattress on the same level as the mattress itself). The pillows are very understuffed.

Also a small note for the staff:
There is a shower and a bathtub, however the bathtub is a little difficult to use. There is a glass cover that is supposed to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom but it's not really helping much since it wont stay in one place if theres pressure because of water on it, so most of us preferred to not bathe ourselves or instead just go to the shower.

What could be improved: the keys for the apartment were miles away ,we were about 2 hours trying to find keys when i rang the person on tge other end of the phone did not understand me ,only fir a very nice couple they helped us even when the man spoke to person on the phone he couldnt understand him either and he a resident in prague..This couple had to drive us to a place and even then we had to walk around with those people asking other residents .
but seriously only for that couple we would have never found the keys.
why can't a locked box be in the apartment building or even at the airport.
as I said we lost 2 hours of our holiday looking for keys .
Then on the 2nd day I got a text that we were making noise ,and that someone had called personally to ask us to be quiet.
I was very upset about this because a) no one came near us and b) we are a group of 50- 60 yr old women we were hardly partying .
