The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I mean, we’re talking about Prague city center here, where most places feel like glorified closets. What really got me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re literally in the heart of everything. The windows do a decent job blocking out the tram noise from Wenceslas Square, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. Speaking of location, you’re basically positioned perfectly between the New Town buzz and Old Town charm. I could grab coffee at one of those tiny local spots on Vodickova in the morning, then be at the Astronomical Clock before the tour groups really descended – usually around 10am if you’re planning ahead. The building has that old-world Prague character with high ceilings and original details, but the apartments feel updated enough that you’re not dealing with temperamental plumbing or sketchy electrical situations.

What I appreciated most was how the place operates more like proper apartments than hotel rooms – there’s actual kitchen space where you can store groceries from Tesco (there’s one about three blocks down), and the staff genuinely seems to know the neighborhood. They pointed me toward this little wine bar tucked away on a side street that I never would’ve found otherwise. The 7.3 rating feels about right, honestly – it’s solid, well-located, and does what it promises without any major surprises good or bad. The four-star designation isn’t stretching it, but don’t expect luxury touches everywhere. It’s more like… comfortable and reliable? The kind of place where you can actually settle in for a few days and feel like you’re living in Prague rather than just passing through. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the morning light that comes through those big windows is really something special – especially if you snag one of the units facing east toward the quieter courtyard.
