The apartments (because that’s really what they are – proper residences, not hotel rooms) have these high ceilings and original details that remind you you’re in a city with serious architectural heritage. But honestly, what impressed me most was how thoughtfully everything’s been updated. The kitchens are actually functional – like, you could cook a real meal if you wanted to, not just heat up leftovers. And the Wi-Fi is rock solid, which matters more than it should when you’re trying to work remotely or just want to video call home without dropping every five minutes.

The location really grows on you too. Náměstí Míru is basically your backyard – that’s the main square in Vinohrady with the stunning neo-Gothic church and some of the best people-watching in the city. There’s this fantastic farmers market on Saturdays that most tourists never discover, and the whole area has this lived-in vibe that’s refreshing after dealing with the crowds around the castle. Plus, parking is actually manageable here (well, as manageable as it gets in Prague), and the tram connections are brilliant. The 22 tram basically becomes your lifeline – it’ll take you straight to the National Theatre or connect you to the metro without any fuss. Look, with a 9.3 rating, clearly other people have figured out what makes this place work, and I get it. It’s not trying to be flashy or oversell itself – it’s just genuinely comfortable and smart about what travelers actually need. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, the place stays quiet even on weekends (these old buildings have thick walls), and there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that feels more like borrowing a friend’s well-appointed apartment than occupying a sterile hotel room.

  The apartment is in a great location, making it easy to get around the city. Check-in was super simple. It felt so warm and cozy, especially given the weather, which made it even better. Having a market close by was really convenient. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book it again!

  What could be improved: Consider adding something for outerwear in the hallway, even just simple wall hooks. Laundry detergent would also be helpful, especially for families with children😁.

  Great and spacious apartment in perfect location with a very local feeling. Has everything what you need and communication with host was flawless
  
  What could be improved: Not much to complain but later check-out would work great. We also missed some coathanger in the entry hall but overal it wasnt such a big problem

  Very nicely located, not too fare away from the center (40 mins Max by walk, if you are a good walker).
  The apartment itself is in the basement, but still very airy and well-lit.

  Self check-in easy and a great solution to allow late check-ins.

  We had a beautiful stay at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals.
  
  What could be improved: The only small issues were that we didn’t immediately figure out where to dispose of the trash, it was impossible to find dishwasher and laundry detergent in smaller quantities and there was no broom.

  Great location! Lovely and quiet apartment tucked away in quaint building in Prague. The apartment was very clean and nicely remodeled. The layout was perfect for three people.

  Big apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Lot's of parking spots nearby. It was very clean. Tram line is a few metres away. Would stay again.
  
  What could be improved: There was no air condition. It would be nice if there was an espresso machine. Nothing else.
