Hotel Description

You know what surprised me most about Kora Apartments Andel? How quiet it actually is, despite being right on Plzeňská street. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Smíchov – which honestly used to be Prague’s grittier district but has completely transformed into this buzzing area with all the shopping centers and business towers. The building itself feels solid, like those Communist-era constructions that were built to last (though thankfully renovated with much better taste).

The apartments are what I’d call “properly spacious” – not those cramped European hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture every five minutes. Each unit has a real kitchen, which is actually useful if you’re staying more than a couple nights. The furnishings are simple but comfortable, nothing fancy but everything works. I particularly appreciated the washing machine – after a week of walking Prague’s cobblestones, you’ll want to do laundry without hunting down a laundromat. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re working remotely or just trying to figure out which tram gets you to Old Town fastest.

Location-wise, this place is honestly perfect if you want to experience Prague like someone who actually lives there, rather than just bouncing between tourist sites. Anděl metro station is maybe a three-minute walk – and that’s the yellow line that shoots you straight to Wenceslas Square in under ten minutes. But here’s what the guidebooks won’t tell you: there’s this incredible Vietnamese market (well, Vietnamese-Czech, really) just a few blocks away where locals do their grocery shopping, plus some surprisingly good pho spots. The Nový Smíchov shopping center is right there too, which sounds touristy but is actually where you’ll find a decent supermarket and – this saved me – a pharmacy that stays open late. The neighborhood has that lived-in feeling you get in residential Prague, with people walking their dogs and kids playing in the small parks, but you’re still close enough to hear the trams rumbling by. Honestly, for a 3-star place with a 9.2 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for – clean, comfortable, genuinely convenient, and run by people who seem to care about the details without making a big show of it.

  The apartment is well-equiped, everything is clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and public transport.

  The appartment is on the left side of the river so it is close to the castle but far from the center city but you can go to the old town with so many trams it is no problem. And the hotel is really close to the bus which drive you to airport directly so it is very practical. The appartment is clean and modern. The shower is comfy and the bed is also comfy. We had a great stay there.

  Absolutely Perfect Prague Stay at Kora Apartments!
  My recent 3-day stay at Kora Apartments in Prague was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly give it a 5-star rating! Everything about this place contributed to a memorable and comfortable trip.
  
  Host: The communication with the host was seamless and very helpful. They were responsive and ensured a smooth check-in process, making us feel welcome from the start.
  
  Facilities: The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. Modern amenities, including a functional kitchenette and reliable Wi-Fi, made our stay incredibly convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home.
  
  Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless. It was evident that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained, which is always a huge plus and greatly appreciated.

  Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Prague. Kora Apartments ticked all the boxes and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city!
