  We stayed in apartment Charles II and with was grand! Spacious apartment with very nice chandeliers and beautiful original ceilings.
  It had all the amenities needed and the bathrooms were very nice. Also the location was very good.
  Staff was pleasantly attentive and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There was no towel rack in the biggest bathroom.

  We stayed at the Kaiserstein Palace, a remarkable historic building in a great location near Charles Bridge. The charm of the architecture added something special to our stay. The host was kind and helpful, and the price-quality ratio was excellent. Highly recommended!

  The location is perfect and the building itself is very special – the grand sweeping staircase and huge vestibule! The 2 bedroom family apartment is amazing – spacious, luxurious and has almost everything you need. Bedlinen superb and the daily housekeeping an excellent service. Aircon worked very well. We really enjoyed our stay.
  
  What could be improved: There were a few things missing – mirrors, something to cook on rather than a microwave, and it should really have an additional wc/bathroom. Bit of a mix-up in the beginning over our apartment but this was quickly resolved.
