    Excellent location, just several min from metro and 10-15 min from city center.

    What could be improved: Apartment is clean, modern and the house is nice and clean as well. Garage is extra benefit! AC in rooms is a saver for summer days, one can indeed relax and rest at night. Mattresses are a bit soft but still you can have a good sleep. Down on the street there is lidl and a nice bakery.

    Good location, public transport is avalaible all day and all night. The apartment is basically brand new, it was very good value for money, especially considering the parking included in the base price

    What could be improved: Check in was a bit difficult. Everything is contactless, the check-in description could do with more detail. Check is at 14:00, which is a bit late, and there is no negotiation.

    New, very comfortable apartment. Located in Karlik, close to shops, restaurants and metro.

    What could be improved: It's facing very busy street with tramp line, so it was very noisy.

    We liked the fact that the apartment is new, well maintained, very clean and has all you need for a mid-term stay. You have all needed amenities just within 1-2 minutes walking.

    What could be improved: I don't see it as something that can be fixed. Just rather as a comment. The fact that the parking is accessible by an elevator is fine, but at the same time very slow. You would spend like 5 minutes just to get out of parking: call the elevator, wait, get into the elevator, and veeery slooowly come up to the surface 🙂

    The apartment is nice and spacious. Everything was clean and comfortable. The underground parking was great and made us feel safer. The smart TV had Netflix and other channels available. The kitchen was equipped with the latest appliances. There was a tram station nearby that was super convenient. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Overall very good value for money.

    What could be improved: We had to wait for around 30-40 mins to get the keys for the parking. But the staff was super nice and helpful. Also since we read there was an Iron available in the facilities, we didn't iron our clothes while packing. But turned out there was no iron in the apartment.

    Easy access, good location. Toilet and bath were separately. Plenty of dishes and plates. Quick responses from host. Little street noise. Access to garage and parking spot which we didn't use.

    What could be improved: Couch bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Planket was small. The TV didn't work. It turned on, but could not play any channel or even Netflix. TV was missing legs so it was ja fall hazard if there were any children. Somebody had probably thrown the remote into TV because the screen had some dead pixels and remote was missing cover.
