Hotel Superior Prague

Capital City of Prague, Czechia

Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Hotel Superior Prague on Legerova street, you immediately get that “this is exactly what I was hoping for” feeling. It’s one of those three-star places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — just solid, comfortable, and honestly quite charming. The building has that classic Central European feel without being stuffy, and the staff actually seems happy to see you when you walk through the door.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about this spot in Prague — you’re right in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist chaos of Old Town Square. Legerova puts you within walking distance of Wenceslas Square and the main train station, which means you can actually get around the city without constantly hailing taxis. I mean, couples consistently rate this location really highly, and after staying here, I totally get why. You’ve got trams practically at your doorstep, and honestly, some of the best local pubs are just a few blocks away where you won’t find a single tour group.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was — well, it wasn’t going to win any design awards, but it had everything I actually needed. Clean, quiet (surprisingly so for being on a busy street), and the bed was genuinely comfortable. What struck me most was how well-maintained everything felt. The bathroom was compact but functional, and you know what? Sometimes that’s exactly what you want after a long day of wandering around Prague’s cobblestone streets. The windows are decent-sized too, so you get natural light without feeling like you’re in a cave.

Breakfast & Practical Perks

The breakfast setup is pretty straightforward — American and buffet style options that’ll definitely fuel you for a day of sightseeing. Nothing fancy, but the coffee’s good and there’s enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying several days. One thing that really sets this place apart is the private parking situation. If you’re driving in Prague (which, honestly, I wouldn’t recommend for the city center), having guaranteed parking at your hotel is actually a huge relief. Most places in this area either don’t have it or charge ridiculous amounts for it.

Why Guests Love It

What makes Hotel Superior Prague work is that it delivers exactly what it promises without any surprises — good or bad. You’re getting solid value in one of Prague’s best neighborhoods, with staff who know the area and can point you toward the good stuff. It’s the kind of place where you sleep well, start your day properly, and spend your time exploring the city instead of dealing with hotel drama. For travelers who want to experience Prague rather than just Instagram their hotel room, this hits the sweet spot between location, comfort, and price.

I’m a first time solo female traveller and this was my first time in Prague and I’ll definitely be coming back and woul

Staff were great and super friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It was great value for money; with the breakfast spread being excellent as well. Location was good with the town centre, transport, restaurants and grocers being a short walk away.

What could be improved: Nothing

Good place, close to the center, but not noisy.

Good location, good stuff, air conditioning saved our visit as it gave an option to take a breath, as it was quite warm while we visited Prague.

What could be improved: Breakfast ended up being a bit crowded, but we managed to find a table. Although it could be because of the weekend tourist flow, and nothing to do with hotel management.

Nice hotel

The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, it was really just what we needed as we were out all day. Our room was facing the backyard and there was absolutely no noise at night. The staff was soo nice, especially the ladies looking after us during breakfast. Great location in our favourite Vinohrady and very close to the center.
