Hotel Suite Home Prague Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Hotel Suite Home Prague? The name makes it sound like some corporate extended-stay place, but honestly, it’s nothing like that. Walking up to the building on Pricna Street – which, by the way, is this quiet little side street that most tourists completely miss – you’d almost think you’re heading to someone’s renovated townhouse rather than a hotel. The entrance has this understated elegance that immediately tells you the owners actually care about design, not just cramming in as many rooms as possible.
The location is absolutely perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Prague rather than just visiting it. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Powder Tower, but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling back from the Old Town at 2 AM. The street itself is lined with these beautiful historic buildings, and there’s a little café two doors down where locals actually go for coffee – not the overpriced tourist traps you’ll find around Wenceslas Square. What I really appreciated was how easy it was to navigate from here. You can walk to Charles Bridge in about eight minutes, but if you’re tired (or it’s raining, which happens more than you’d expect), the Náměstí Republiky metro station is right there.
The suites themselves – and they really are suites, not just hotel rooms with a sitting area – feel like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment. The kitchenettes are actually functional, which is rare in European hotels, and I found myself making coffee there every morning instead of dealing with the crowds downstairs. The bathrooms are modern without being sterile, and the beds are legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about this after too many nights on rock-hard European mattresses). The staff deserves a mention too – they’re the kind of people who remember your name and actually have good restaurant recommendations that aren’t just whoever gives them the biggest kickback. When I asked about parking, they sorted it out immediately, which saved me from driving in circles around the city center like an idiot. The only minor thing I’d mention is that some of the suites face an interior courtyard, so if you’re hoping for sweeping city views, make sure to request a street-facing room when you book. But honestly, given how peaceful and well-designed everything is, plus that stellar location that puts you right in the heart of things without the chaos, it’s easy to see why this place has such high ratings. It’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special.
Visitors often choose Prague apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent Bohemian capital.

Reviews of Hotel Suite Home Prague
Vikki from Canada – 21 May 2024 (9/10)
The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of selection and made fresh daily by friendly staff. The location is great as it is walking distance to the famous sights. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and grocery stores around were very convenient. The bed was super comfy and made daily by housekeeping. Special Thank you to Karina who found my ring and neck pillows we left in the room and offered me to ship them to us.
We would stay here again.
What could be improved: Nothing.Claudia from Australia – 4 March 2025 (9/10)
Good little touches like slippers, pillow menu etc. older style properly but very clean. The breakfast staff were really great and helpful. Very close to the tram stop which can take to to the castle and old town centre.

Stuart from United Kingdom – 2 January 2025 (9/10)
Very spacious suite located in a short walk to all the main attractions of the old town but just far enough away to be a bit quieter and not have all the massive crowds or noise.
What could be improved: Noting. All round this was a great find.Steffen from Germany – 31 December 2024 (9/10)
Good location for family. Eateries and shopping centres are about 10mins by foot. To old town one will need about 20mins by foot.
What could be improved: Perhaps the management could consider automated card systems for the hotel entrance rather than relying on the receptionist to open the door for hotel
Guests to access the building. Some of the hotel guests and ourselves, had an incident where we had to wait for about 15mins before the receptionist came to open the door for us. Since it’s winter, therefore the wait can be challenging when one has to wait outside under cold weather with children in tow. Or perhaps get a buddy system where there is always someone mending the receptionist at all times 🙂Polina from Lithuania – 16 December 2024 (9/10)
The hotel offers a charming and cozy room with a warm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a December visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was great, with options for vegans and those following lactose- or gluten-free diets. Highly recommend!

Debbie from United Kingdom – 4 December 2024 (8/10)
Great location, comfortable bed, quiet. Liked free water bottles and hot drinks.
What could be improved: Breakfast selection not good for vegetarians or pescatarians. Smoked salmon only available one day out of three.Monika from Hungary – 24 November 2024 (9/10)
