  An amazing stay! The hotel’s central location made it perfect for exploring the city. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. The staff were absolute gold—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Highly recommend this hotel!

  I would say this is the best hotel in Prague. The room is clean and exceptionally comfortable. Major attractions are within walking distance, and it is convenient to take trams to the Old Town, Prague Castle, and the train station. There are many great local restaurants around the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

  What could be improved: Staff weren’t as accommodating as they should be- for instance I asked for a third room key ( there were three of us) & despite offering to pay- it wasnt possible

  Huge 2-bed apartment for our family (much bigger than we expected!). Its in a great location in the old town, walking distance to everything. We arrived late after the reception had closed (reception open 9am-9pm), however they provided clear instructions and even a video on how to get the key from the lockbox and enter the hotel. And on arrival in the room there were some nice biscuit and chocolate treats, plenty of bottled water and a small bottle of wine as well along with an expresso machine and coffee pods which was all complimentary and unexpected!
  The breakfast is at a separate cafe/restaurant downstairs which offers an amazing choice of a-la-carte options and huge plates too.
  The staff were super friendly and helpful. If we were ever in Prague again I would definitely stay again.
