What I really appreciated was how the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood; when I asked about getting to the castle without fighting tourist crowds, the front desk guy gave me this route through Kampa Island that I never would’ve found on my own. The rooms are comfortable without being fancy – good beds (which honestly matters more than people think), decent-sized bathrooms, and windows that actually open if you want fresh air instead of constant AC. One thing though – if you’re a super light sleeper, request a room facing away from the street. It’s not crazy loud, but Prague’s got that urban hum going most of the day.

Here’s what sold me on the place: it sits right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to the main sights (Old Town Square is maybe 10 minutes if you don’t get distracted by all the little side streets), but you’re not paying those insane tourist-zone prices for everything. There’s a great little pub called U Fleku about five minutes away – been brewing beer since like 1499, which is just ridiculous when you think about it. And if you need groceries or real food that won’t cost you a fortune, there’s a Tesco just around the corner on Národní. The hotel breakfast is solid – nothing revolutionary, but they do proper Czech pastries and the coffee’s actually decent. I stayed there in late September when the weather was perfect, and honestly, walking back after a long day of wandering those cobblestone streets, seeing the hotel’s understated entrance felt like coming home. It’s not going to wow you with over-the-top luxury, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a comfortable, well-located base where you can recharge before diving back into one of Europe’s most beautiful cities.

  Super close to Rail Station, very quite place, super clean, bed very comfortable. When you book, you need to register and through that you will get a code for check in. Might take a while, if you have issue, just reach out to the service desk.

  Room was great and very spacious for three adults, very clean. Value for money.
  
  What could be improved: Not having a multi lingual receptionist to ask questions to. There was a man in a Luggage cupboard who didn't speak much English but didn't seem to know much about the check procedure or for a point of reference there was a screen!

  What could be improved: A noice cancelling door would help to eliminate noice from the corridor. It was not pleasant to be waken by noisy guests who were returning at 2-3 a.m every night.

  Lovely room, comfortable bed, close to train station and old town. Though there is no reception or staff to welcome you (all done via app) it was all very seamless. We arrived early and I contacted the staff vis WhatsApp to see whether we could leave our bags on site until check in time, and they allowed us to check-in early as our room was ready. Awesome. There are tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. The only (very small) thing I would mention is that there is no milk/cream provided to have in our morning tea/coffee, though this could easily be purchased from a local shop.

  Location was great and staff very helpful. We had a broken lock on our room door which was fixed promptly. We were left some chocolates and some fizz for our inconvenience.
