Plus (and this matters if you’re planning to explore beyond the center), the Národní třída metro station is basically next door. I watched people struggle with their luggage on the cobblestones from other hotels, but here you can actually get a taxi right to the entrance. The front desk guy mentioned they work with a reliable driver too, which honestly saved me from the whole “is this taxi driver ripping me off” anxiety when I needed to get to the airport early. That 8.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s the kind of place that doesn’t blow you away with flashy stuff, but everything just… works.
