What really works about this place is the neighborhood vibe. There’s this fantastic Vietnamese restaurant just down the street that locals queue up for – I stumbled across it by accident and ended up going back twice. The area around Náměstí Míru is maybe a ten-minute walk, and that’s where you’ll find proper grocery stores, cafes that aren’t tourist traps, and this gorgeous park that’s perfect for morning runs if that’s your thing. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on the surrounding streets, but the hotel staff actually knows the area and can point you toward spots that won’t cost a fortune. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow you away, but everything works the way it should, the staff seems genuinely helpful rather than just polite, and you get that rare feeling of staying somewhere that Czechs might actually recommend to their visiting relatives. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the elevators are surprisingly quiet, which matters more than you think when you’re trying to sleep off a day of walking cobblestones and drinking excellent beer.

  Everything was perfect, receptionist very nice and helpful, room was clean and had comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing and staff allowed to use it couple minutes earlier so I could be on time for my meeting. Amazing hotel, I'm already looking forward to coming here again.

  The hotel was relatively close from central station and easy to access. Tram station is very close and we could access to the city center by tram.
  
  What could be improved: We heard tram running sound from our room. Using ear plugs can be useful for good sleep.

  It’s very accessible to the center of Prague!
  The room was clean and comfortable, the place is very nice and the breakfast was awesome
  
  What could be improved: The shower had no pressure at all in our room, we had to use the faucet of the bathtub to wash instead of the shower head itself
  The walls aren’t soundproof at all but the people were pretty respectful around us

  The rooms are large and bed super comfortable, very clean and friendly staff.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing they could improve is the check in, I arrived at 2pm and there’s a queue to check in and only 1 staff to assist everyone it took over 30 minutes waiting for check in.

  Very clean and friendly service, good breakfasts and a large selection. And a large spacious bathroom. The ladies cleaning were there every day, the service at the highest level
