Historical apartment with balcony Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Historical apartment with balcony on Vlasska Street, you immediately get that “I’ve stumbled onto something special” feeling. This four-star property sits right in the heart of Prague’s Lesser Town, and honestly — the location alone makes it worth considering. The building itself has that authentic Prague charm you’re hoping for, with those classic architectural details that remind you this city has serious history.
The Perfect Prague Address
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally steps from Prague Castle, which means you can actually walk there in the morning before the tour groups arrive. The cobblestone streets around Vlasska are lined with baroque buildings and tiny cafes that locals actually frequent. You know how some hotels claim to be “centrally located” but you still need to take transport everywhere? Well, this isn’t one of those places. Charles Bridge is a pleasant stroll away, and you can reach Old Town Square in about fifteen minutes on foot through some of Prague’s most photogenic neighborhoods.
The Space Itself
The apartment feels authentically Prague — high ceilings, period details, but with all the modern touches you actually need. What really sets this place apart is the balcony, and I mean this sincerely — having your own outdoor space in the center of Prague is pretty rare. You can sit out there with your morning coffee and watch the city wake up, which beats any hotel lobby scene. The room layout makes sense too, with enough space to actually unpack and settle in rather than living out of a suitcase.
Living Like a Local
Having a kitchen changes the whole dynamic of your stay, especially in Prague where the markets are so good. There’s a great little grocery store just around the corner, and you can pick up fresh bread and local cheese for breakfast on the balcony. But honestly, you’ll probably end up eating out most of the time anyway — the neighborhood has some fantastic traditional Czech pubs within walking distance. The kind of places where locals go for goulash and Pilsner, not tourist traps with English menus.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.2 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here, and the location score of 9.9 is spot-on — couples especially seem to get it. There’s something romantic about having your own little Prague hideaway with a balcony overlooking these historic streets. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away on a quieter street so you’re not dealing with constant tourist foot traffic. Plus, coming “home” to your own apartment after a day of sightseeing just feels right in a city like Prague. It’s the difference between visiting Prague and actually experiencing it, if that makes sense.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Prague through local agencies that offer personalized recommendations and insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for exploring the city’s rich medieval heritage.
