The service was better than expected, the location was very optimal for us to visit what we wanted to visit, the host helped me on the phone to enter for the first time on the building after a little problem.

What could be improved: We found noone to introduce us the apartment when we first arrived. We only got one pair of keys, which for a group of 5 is maybe less than what was expected.

How easy it was to check in/out. Location and value for money

What could be improved: Though we stayed at exactly the room i booked i didn’t realize that the pictures i was seeing from the original search didn’t match what i ended up booking. That was my fault although i do think it was a but misleading. The beds were too noisy and ideally if you know a couple is staying it would be nice to have sort of a double bed instead of all singles. Some electrical outlets weren’t working.

Clear instruction to get the keys to the apartment. Great location. More lay back than the other side of the river. Short walk to the castle and Charles bridge for the tourist stuff. Head south for the local restaurant, groceries stores and mall. Very spacious. Great layout for family with all the beds in one room. Didn't mind the stairs. Great view from the apartment.

What could be improved: Won't mind to have sugar salt, and pepper in the apartment for breakfast prep in the morning. The TV wasn't working. I think the battery in the remote has died. OK furnishings.
