  Thoughtful complimentary refreshments and chocolates! Comfortable, clean room and beds. Kitchen and laundry were fully equipped. Very generous size and good support in the sofa bed, fit my teenaged children very well. Cheerful decor.

  to Charles Bridge which we loved seeing at both day and night.
  
  What could be improved: The bathtub/shower-tub is hard to get in and out of for older persons but it had this old world charm and became part of our Prague experience.

  The location was super convenient, situated in the city center but still quiet. The conversation with the lady was fast, she explained everything that we needed. She prepared some snacks for us, and the kitchen facilities were also great. I really appreciate the whole service. Everything was clean and nice. I would like to come back in the future!!!!   Location was amazing. So central but off the street so very quiet at night. Good water pressure. Apartment was cool even on hot days which was nice.

  The apartment is super cozy and warm. It's not very big but it's well organized. The living room is really nice, well furnished and there's even a piano! The kitchen is modern and functional and the bedroom and bathroom do their job.
  The host was really kind and helpful.
  The location is AMAZING. The Castle is a 10 minute walk away and it takes just 5 minutes to get to Charles Bridge and 15 minutes to get to the Old Town Square. The apartment is also next door to a very pretty baroque garden.
  
  What could be improved: Just a couple of really big brown spiderwebs on the corner of the ceiling that went flying through the whole kitchen when we turned on the extractor fan to cook.
  The wi-fi has little to no network inside the house due to the thick walls but the host clearly states this and provides a portable router to take outside.

  What could be improved: The only bad experience I encountered is the internet connection (either I cannot connect, or it's very slow) but it was not a big deal for me.
