This is an excellent location – so many things just a short walk including trams to the castle. Parking was available close by, drive car into elevator, stored until ready to leave. Staff was MOST helpful, from checkin/checkout to when we accidentally tried using a 110 hair dryer, which blew all the power to the apartment. Quick to respond to restore power, for which we were very thankful!

The keys had to be obtained at the reception desk, and after leaving, it was possible to simply leave the keys on the table in the apartment

Location was excellent. Size of property was good.

You truly cannot not beat the location of the flat, and it was very spacious for being in the heart of the city. It's on a wonderful street, close to sites of interest, restaurants, and grocery. Fantastic location. We had made a mistake upon leaving, and had left a phone locked inside – the host was quickly responsive, a fantastic help in helping us get a second key very quickly. Thank you soo much!!
What could be improved: There are a few things that are inexpensive to improve, that would have made this a 10/10. The cradles for the shower wands hold the wand at a 90 degree angle, so you can't even stand under the shower head, instead you have to manually wet yourself by holding the wand – a better cradle is very inexpensive, and would have made showering sooo much easier and more enjoyable. The toilet inside the second bedroom really did not flush well at all, and the door handle for the second bedroom was so loose it was falling off (we advised the host of this last issue toward the end of our visit). It would also help to provide more glasses, cutlery and cooking items – these can easily be bought inexpensively second hand or at IKEA. By far the most frustrating thing was that we could only get one door key that had to be shared between two couples. You need a key for both entering the building, as well as the flat. It's a 2 bedroom flat designed for 2 couples. It was extremely inconvenient having to coordinate our schedules during our entire stay. Overall it was an amazing location to stay a few nights. The place is big, spacious, very comfortable, clean and bright. You have kitchen with all things that you need. The location is perfect, right in the historic town, very close to the astronomical clock, so there is a lot of restaurants, bars, stores nearby and you can walk to all the tourist attractions, so location is perfect. Also, windows are soundproof, since despite of being close to busy streets, inside you couldn't hear anything. The beds were comfortable enough for us, and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. There are a lot of mirrors which was a bit strange but it also kind of make the space feels bigger as well. There was laundry machine which was important for us. It is great that they offer luggage storage, while you wait for check in time. The Luggage storage and were you pick up the keys, is in a separate building but close by (about 2 blocks away). Katerina, who was the person that provided instructions to check-in was very nice, friendly and responsive, since we had an issue with the luggage storage and she replied quickly and assisted fast.
What could be improved: As many people mentioned already, the second bedroom has some curtains that do not cover the whole window, and are a bit translucent, so you are a bit exposed. Also, that window is aligned with the shower, which is also glass, so you won't have much privacy. I would recommend to the hosts (who seem to be a company) to change this, curtains are not expensive, and many other reviews mention this and has not been changed. It is a very tiny thing that could be easily fixed and not expensive, so you can have glowing reviews. The ensuite bathroom is funky.
